The phone is in excellent condition! It has just one small mark near the camera. It came well packaged, was unlocked, and works very well. I admit I was very afraid of receiving something bad, but it really surprised me. The battery has 84% health, which is very similar to my daughter’s phone — the same model — purchased directly from Apple.Everything is going great so far!

At first I was unsure about buying an iPhone off of Amazon but now i’ve had this phone for about a month now and honestly it’s pretty great! The phone functions very well, the camera quality is great, connects well, and everything runs very smoothly! There are a few scratches on the phone but to me it isn’t that much of a issue since it’s not that much of a bother to me since it’s barely noticeable, but one negative thing I do have to say, is that although this phone functions amazingly it also does a weird little glitch, not too often tho. It doesn’t glitch horribly bad or as often for it to be a huge problem. But overall I have been very happy with this phone and I would buy again!

Excellent purchase! This phone is like brand new. There are no scratches on the screen or any exterior damage at all. The battery holds a charge all day and there have been no problems with the technology. Definitely recommend this seller for the value and quality!

5 stars for better traction. Reality is 0 stars.As soon as i opened the box, i thought the phone was a knock-off iphone. Battery life was at 83% when i got the phone, and was EXTREMLY slow. Please do not buy these phones, huge waste of money. Not only has the phone been super slow, but the very VERY next day, the backing of the phone popped off because who ever did maintenance did a terrible job. Literally the phone was falling apart. The battery inside the phone, doesn’t even fit inside so the back just popped off right away but dont try to push it back on! It’ll crack your phone. Terrible phone, terrible maintenance, i DO NOT recommend buying this phone. I bought this phone November 20th.. it’s now December 3rd HARDLY 2 WEEKS and i already need a new phone. I want my money back asap. Entire backing is falling off because battery inside doesn’t fit, super super super slow phone, huge input/output delay and volume issues- will go quiet randomly. Touch Screen hardly works half the time. Last night both my face ID and flash light was not working. TERRIBLE PHONE GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK

Perfectly good phone. Unlocked. Comes with screen protector. Absolutely gorgeous gloss and shine.
Came with a screen protector, I saw some cracks on the front after a week of use and realized I had started to wear out a different layer of glass. I was relieved to see I hadn’t damaged the phone. This red is so beautiful. I should buy a case for this phone soon.

Overall an okay experience
All in all, the phone is working great and I seamlessly got everything transferred from my other one, which I was grateful for! There were no dings, scratches, or cracks, but I did receive it dirty. It looks like it had been dropped in some mud or clay maybe?? Thankfully I already had tiny tools to help clean out the gunk as it was in the charger port, the speakers, around the camera, in the side buttons, and in the spaces around the screen, but to have purchased it in “excellent condition” and have it show up dirty with some mystery sludge was a bit off putting. Once I cleaned it up, it does work very well and is a nice upgrade from my 11

Wait time may be longer than anticipated
So far so good. It came a few days late but the phone itself was intact. No scratches, no marks, or damage. It had a 89% battery health which isn’t ideal but also not the worst thing. The sounds good, touch screen is smooth, and the colors are vibrant. Decently priced and functional. The set up was fairly easy and took maybe an hour or two between transferring everything and connecting the phone service myself. A new phone at the store was $800 plus $25 to connect it with help. That wasn’t happening so I took a chance on this alternative. Definitely saved me hundreds and I understand you get what you pay for so I won’t complain too much. I’ll return in a week and again in a month to show how it’s held up.One Week Update: it’s still working fine. Haven’t had any issues. It did get a bit hot while I was using it but I feel like that’s an issue with iPhones in general. Battery life went down to 88%. No major problems.

This refurbished phone was labelled as in “excellent” condition. It arrived with a large scratch on the screen, dings, and chunks taken out of the edges of it, and absolutely filthy. It must have been completely missed in the cleaning process (make up and gunk in the speakers, along the frame, etc). I am so disappointed in the quality. I would return it if I didn’t live across Canada and had to pay for the postage!!! Do not buy. Absolutely horrified by the quality of this refurbished phone.

Arrived on time and in fantastic condition. Upgrading from an IPhone 8, so everything works a bit differently. Battery capacity says 85%, so we’ll see how it does. So far so good!!

Yo tenía muchísimo pavor de que no me llegara por ciertos comentarios de cambios de cosas al momento del envío, sin embargo solo fue un miedo, el teléfono llegó sin detalles, sin madrazos, sin rayones, grietas etc. La verdad es que es una muyyyy buena compra! La recomiendo mil veces, estoy cero arrepentida.Aparte la batería me vino al 100% de su capacidad, el mismo teléfono trae un cargador (genérico) pero al final es para hacerte el paro, yo al día siguiente de usarlo le compré su cargador jajajajaja, en fin, les recomiendo ampliamente esta compra :b
