Great gaming laptop.
I am a Sims player and I have all of the generations of Sims from the first Sims all the way to Sims 4 , as well as I play with my Sims games with creative content and mods. the laptop is very efficient in regards to storage and I do not have issues with lagging or systems not working .I’m able to get at least four hours of continuous game time on a full battery. it was definitely worth all of the money that I paid for and it was very easy to set up as well as use for day-to-day use as well.

purchased this laptop for work and light gaming, and it performs quite well for its price. Make sure all the MS updates are finished
Once I got all the Microsoft System updates run was able to finish my setup and the machine works great. The one issue I had was trying to get the MS updates all run. There were 5 outstanding updates pending. The updates initially kept failing because they would take to long to download and install. The laptop would go in to hibernate before the updates would finish killing the updates. Had to go in to the power settings turn off all the eco settings and set the laptop to NEVER hibernate when plugged into power. Then ran the MS updates one at a time. This new laptop is replacing a old HP that died. it’s now connected to a CNC machine that I use to cut wood carvings and 3D reliefs and it’s working just great all my CAD/CAM software runs great. Best investment for the price…..

Expensive paperweight, good if you like burning your hands and desk.
I absolutely hate it. I cannot use the laptop while it’s charging, or it overheats to the point it’s burning me. I bought an external fan to try to help combat the issue, and it still is running too hot. The laptop uses 100% CPU when you open the browser, and if you want more than two tabs open, it still overheats. It’s trying to say it’s a gaming laptop, which is a complete farce. I tried to do a simple web browser game for my son, and everything crashed. Steer clear from this laptop. I unfortunately didn’t use it right away, and by the time I realized how horrible it was, it was too late to return.

Got to be more careful
So I purchased the item in july I cut it on the first day I got it to make sure the windows were installed, and I never used it again until September 20th. For the second time, I opened it up and tried to download TikTok. Studio, no matter how many times I tried, it would not do it other than that. After about 4 hours, it finally downloaded. And I have high-speed, internet. I don’t have this issue with any of my other devices In the house. Everything else works on the laptop.Oh, and it also doesn’t have a ethernet plug I didn’t realize that before I bought it. You might want to buy some speakers for the laptop. Because you can barely hear them at all. Wish I wasn’t working so much so I could have been able to see if the laptop could do what I wanted it to do, And now I have went past my return date and now I have a brand new laptop that I can’t do nothing with. One more thing, it’s also too slow for gaming.
