Love the machine. It has multiple settings and very customizable. So glad we got this!! We had a broken screen in the first few days and the company replaced it quickly. I really appreciate how quick they were able to respond.

I was skeptical purchasing this with only one review, but I checked out the actual brand RealRelax directly on their website before purchasing through Amazon. I selected the room to delivery option. I have not had the product a week and I already use it every day.

Sorry real relax this chair is too rough
Think this is for heavier individual just completely to rough have to back off 3d completely. It isn’t worth it if it’s painful to your back. Just don’t recommend now I have to return it and don’t know how that process will turn out.

Good working chair. The massage works good only wish the legs had a massage other than compression. A USB port would also be nice. Overall the chair is worth the money.

Rollers are harsh & painful
Rollers are harsh. I’ve asked for assistance in adjusting them. Their recommendation was to place a blanket over it.

It’s a little pricey but definitely worth the investment! I’m on this massage chair everyday! I love all the different massage modes and how you can adjust the speed and strength! It works perfect, it looks good, and it doesn’t take up too much space in my living room! The build quality feels nice! I did get a bad screen but I reached out to the company and they replaced it with no hassle in a couple of days! I personally tried this model and the favor-22, the ps5200 beats the favor-22 any day!
