Very quick
Great for price! It runs games pretty well and loads things quickly, I’ve been trying it out with fortnite and genshin impact, with no issues at all (connectivity, freezing, etc), it’s obviously not going to run like other laptops with the best components, but it’s not supposed to.(I say this because of all the reviews where they feel the graphics, fps, screen quality could be better). If you don’t care about having the top 1% performance on your laptop, then this is just perfect, you will probably be able to run any game and play without any issues for a really good price. I think the only downside is that you’ll use a good portion of the hard-drive after downloading just a couple of games.

Almost perfect for a limited budget
The computer has been quite a ride. When I purchased it, the price was $679, which was more than reasonable considering everything it offers. Of course, at that price some might expect a poor product, but that’s not the case here. Still, I would say this is more of a “project” laptop, as upgrading the RAM is absolutely necessary if you plan to use it for demanding tasks.Performance:With the limited RAM, it handles basic and relatively simple tasks well. For more demanding tasks, performance is just average. The system runs fast overall, Wi-Fi speed is solid, and the graphics are decent as long as you’re not too demanding. As mentioned, this computer shines as a base to upgrade, especially by adding more RAM.Display:The screen looks good. Since it’s an LCD panel, you can’t expect extremely vibrant colors, but it still delivers a pleasant experience and the refresh rate is more than sufficient.Cons:1. The spacebar does not have backlighting.2. The RAM is very limited.Issues Experienced:1. The pre-installed Windows was defective. After transferring files from my old computer, it started deleting data and even erased my entire user folder. I basically lost almost everything, recovering only a few files I had on another SSD. I had to reformat and reinstall Windows, which was a chaotic first experience. However, after installing a fresh copy of Windows 11, I haven’t encountered the same problems again.2. RAM limitations are significant. Just being on the desktop consumes around 80% of the available memory. Defective Keyboard
I purchased this laptop expecting a smooth, reliable experience, but unfortunately it has been faulty from the start. The most serious issue is with the keyboard:• The spacebar types random numbers (like “6”) instead of creating a space• The J key types “J5”• The K key types “K8”• The period ( . ) types “.m”• The X key types “,x”…and there are likely more affected keysThis problem even happens in the BIOS, which confirms it’s a hardware defect, not a software issue.I tested an external Bluetooth keyboard and it works perfectly, so the problem is clearly with the internal keyboard. This makes the laptop extremely frustrating and almost unusable for normal tasks like typing, studying, working, or even browsing the web.To be fair, the laptop does perform decently for casual gaming and light use, but the keyboard issue completely ruins the experience for everyday productivity.I would recommend buying a different brand instead, and personally I do not recommend purchasing through Amazon for a big item like this. If you do decide to buy on Amazon anyway, it’s better to wait for Black Friday deals instead of Amazon Prime subscriber deals, since Black Friday discounts are usually much better.Overall, this has been a very disappointing experience and I cannot recommend this product.The laptop is great for the buck if you are a casual gamer but a defective keyboard on a new laptop and not being able to return after just one month makes me not want to buy laptops on Amazon ever again.
