Literally the best controller I’ve had so far in my life
I’m not often compelled to write a review, but I feel like I should for this controller. This is genuinely the best controller I’ve ever used. The fact that it can work with pretty much any device and connect via wired connection, usb dongle, or bluetooth is amazing. Personally, the reason I got this controller is because i recently converted my PC to Linux, which was not very friendly with my old Nintendo Switch Pro Controller. I also could not go very far IRL with my Pro Controller’s wireless connection, otherwise I’d start getting issues with input delay and disconnection. The 8BitDo fixes all those issues because it has AMAZING wireless range whether you use Bluetooth or the USB dongle. I can even cover up the controller underneath my blanket and it still works flawlessly. It has a long battery life and thus far I have not had any issues with it shutting off during gameplay. And of course, THE PRICE! IT’S LIKE HALF THE PRICE OF A NEW XBOX CONTROLLER AND YET IT WORKS SO MUCH BETTER. There’s a turbo mode too, AND you can remap controls without software!Genuinely the only con of this controller is that the charging wire is very short. So if you plan to use it wired rather than wirelessly, get yourself a longer USB C wire.

Cute and works well
Great controller. I played a little bit of The Binding of Isaac with it (I beat the Have a Heart challenge if you’re curious) and I had zero issues. Connectivity worked well (with the cord, not the USB, I haven’t tried to USB yet but it should be fine), and the controller feels perfectly fine to play with. It seems to use the Xbox control scheme. The little brick USB thing is cute as heck and the color is so nice. If you’re wanting a good controller that matches your room, pick this one up. It’s not the cutting edge type of gamepad but it works perfectly fine.

I wanted a controller that I could simply plug and play without the hassle of pairing or configuring. This controller fits that bill: just plug in the USB-A dongle, and it works out of the box. It also supports Bluetooth if your device does not have a USB-A port, and the battery lasts for several days—charging via a USB-C port.This controller offers great value for the money; however, I do have some complaints.The extra buttons are a bit of a hassle if you want to configure them—they function more as macro buttons that you can program to simulate other functions rather than as additional buttons. Also, when using the USB dongle, there’s no way to determine how much battery life remains. Finally, the controller sometimes sends a ghost signal: the menu button (the equivalent of the Xbox or PlayStation button) is activated even when no buttons are pressed, bringing up the game menu. This could be problematic during a multiplayer game that does not pause when the menu appears.Otherwise, the controller works well, is comfortable to use, and works great with the SteamDeck!

I use this both on my PC and on my Nvidia shield and it works great. So many great features and it fits my hands ergonomically. Low latency. Hall effect. And it looks great!! So many good colors, this my third one! Price is awesome too. Very happy with purchase.

Top 3 favorite controller!
Despite its low price tag of $30, this controller feels and performs exceptionally well, suggesting a higher cost. The seamless connection to my Steam Deck OLED for playing on my television in docked mode was a notable feature. The controller’s ergonomic design, lightweight construction, and textured plastic finish enhance its comfort and usability. The button layout, including the D-pad, is intuitive, and the rumble effect closely resembles that of the Switch 2 Pro controller, providing a satisfying tactile feedback without being overpowering.However, the USB dongle connection occasionally disconnects, necessitating the use of Bluetooth, which proved to be a reliable alternative. Unfortunately, the rumble feature is only available when using the USB dongle. While the analog sticks are excellent, I would have preferred a smoother and quieter operation akin to the Switch 2 Pro controller.Overall, this controller is an exceptional product. I intend to purchase two additional controllers, one for my PS5 and an extra for my Switch 2 in different colors. I am thoroughly impressed with its performance and design. Great buy!

Impressive PC controller!
This controller is impressive. I would prefer to use a PS5 Dual Sense controller, but I’ve found that it is incompatible or only usable with workarounds for several PC games. The shape of the 2c is similar to a Switch pro controller, while the layout and button configuration compares to an Xbox or generic PC controller.I originally bought the 2c for games that the Dual Sense was incompatible with, and immediately found that I preferred it over the latter. It’s comfortable, and it just works with everything. I don’t have to fiddle around in windows or ask Google how to set it up for a particular game.The 2c functions like an Xbox controller, but I prefer the slightly inset profile. The shape and profile are more similar to a Switch Pro controller.The quality is comparable to first party controllers, too. Buttons feels clicky, if just a little too much. Triggers and bumpers feel good, like controllers costing twice as much. Vibration has definition and feels tight with no rattle. I haven’t had a use for the extra L4 and R4 buttons yet, but they are convenient enough to access and also stay out of the way.I bought a green one of these about a month ago. I was so impressed, I ordered a purple one so my son and I can play together. For the price, I don’t have many criticisms. I wish it came in different colors. Otherwise, for the price, this really is as good as you’re going to get, and more.

I’m extremely satisfied with the ones I got; they feel very high quality, yet they aren’t heavy or bulky. Perfect for small to medium sized hands and they will feel familiar to anyone who used an Xbox controller before.Connectivity is simple using both the included dongle or Bluetooth, the battery lasts for an incredibly long time, and they charge fast and using USB-C. The thumb sticks are extremely precise and have basically no deadzone and no drift. The triggers have a shorter throw than I would prefer but they feel very nice as well. The rest of the buttons have a very snappy and satisfying feeling. I can’t evaluate the d-pad as I don’t play many games that are heavily focused on it. The vibration motors are also very tight feeling and strong.As for negatives, I don’t have much to say, and especially not any that would offset the positives. That’s not even considering the aggressive pricing compared to other controllers. I’m very satisfied and already pondering buying yet a few more. If I had to point out something negative it would be how poorly communicated the extra features are. There’s basically no documentation included either in the box or on the website itself. In fact, a few features from older models (like 0 deadzone setting) are present but you wouldn’t know unless you actually looked online for how to activate them. The software could be more comprehensive.

Elle est génial. J’en avais marre de dépenser 60 et + euros dans des manettes de Xbox qui fonctionnent super mal en mode sans fil, qui durent pas longtemps, toujours des problèmes. La, pour 30 euros, vous avez une manette, déjà esthétiquement beaucoup plus belle (Edition BMW très stylée), plus de boutons, le mode sans fil fonctionne parfaitement, plug USB direct dedans (A l’inverse de Xbox). Que du positif, super marque, plus jamais je ne dépenserai autant dans des marques cher qui ne sont même pas efficace. Je vous recommande à 1000%
