Solid new version of a classic and reliable case that should last a long time
I’ve used Smartish cases for a few phones now, and this iPhone 17 Pro version feels like a nice step up from the one I had on my iPhone 14. The wallet slot now fits four cards instead of three, which is exactly what I needed — I can finally carry my ID, transit card, and two credit cards without cramming them in.The fit and finish are solid, and after a couple of weeks of daily use, it still feels sturdy with no stretching or loose edges. My last Smartish case held up for years, and this one looks to have same quality and durability.The lip around the screen is thick enough that I don’t bother with a screen protector anymore — I’ve already had one small drop, and the glass was fine. The only thing I don’t love is the large cutout around the camera bump, but that’s more a side effect of the iPhone’s design than Smartish’s fault.Overall, it’s a tough, practical wallet case that does what it should — good protection, good capacity, and still slim enough for pockets.

Slimmest, Best Wallet iPhone Case
I bought the iPhone 17 Pro Max. A little bigger than what it replaced.First of all, the case fits perfectly. Snug, but not too tight. I like it.Second – It’s high quality. It feels good in the hand. No hard or uncomfortable edges anywhere. I really like it.Third – It’s the slimmest I could find and still fit my 4 cards. It’s slimmer than my wife’s non-wallet (but more protective) case. I mean to tell you, this is as slim a wallet case as you will find. No sliding door covers, no kickstand, just secure cards and a slim profile. I’m coming from a wallet case I’ve had two years made by another company, and this one is better. Really.Fourth – Unfortunately, this case has a 25-30% price premuim over the other cases like it. If you don’t mind not having the slimmest and best, you can replicate this case for less. But this case is the best, and I’m kind of autistic about a really good, slim wallet case. Nowadays, I grab my phone, keys, and I go. I’m not a back-pocket phone person, if you know what I mean. I put it in my front pocket, so I want as small a profile as possible. This one is the best.

The BEST phone case I’ve ever had
These are THE BEST phone cases. I bought a Smartish case for my iPhone 11 more than 3 years ago and it still looks brand new (see photo). They are virtually indestructible, incredibly functional with the perfect space for card storage, and aesthetically pleasing. This phone case changed my life. No more separate wallet, no purse needed for quick trips. Never have to worry about being without ID. This is my 4th wallet slayer and I won’t buy anything else. Cards stay securely in wallet even if you have fewer than 4 in the slot. No worries about the wallet popping off in your pocket. Slides into pockets smoothly. Has a little grip so the phone doesn’t slip out of your hands. Wish there were better color options, but otherwise no complaints. Please, Smartish, don’t ever stop making these!
