Why does the power bank charge fewer times than expected?
Some energy loss (typically 30 – 45%) is normal during power conversion because of battery and circuitry design. After conversion, a fully charged 26,250 mAh power bank provides about 15,200 mAh to your devices.
Why can’t my power bank charge and recharge simultaneously?
If the input power is too low (typically below 30W), the power bank’s output power may not meet the minimum charging needs of high-power devices like laptops, and thus it will stop charging. We recommend using a charger with at least 100W.
Why does the charging power gradually decrease while recharging?
When the power bank is recharging, its input power may gradually decrease to prevent overheating and protect the battery. For best results, use it in a cool, ventilated environment (32 – 77°F) and avoid charging other devices at the same time.
Is it normal for the power bank or connected devices to feel warm during charging?
Yes. It is normal for devices to generate heat during charging, especially when using your phone for gaming or video streaming. Use the product in a cool, well -ventilated place (32 – 77°F / 0 – 25°C) and pause use of devices that are charging.
Why do the readings on the charger screen differ from those on a power bank or third-party tool such as POWER-Z?
– Display differences are normal. Both chargers and power banks show readings with a slight delay.
– Each device measures power in a different place. Cable aging and transmission losses can also affect results.

Anker Prime Power Bank, 26,250mAh 3-Port, 300W Max Output, works with the Anker 100W charging base
The Anker Prime Power Bank is an outstanding high-capacity charger that perfectly balances power, portability, and intelligent design. It’s one of the most advanced portable chargers available, and it’s ideal for power users, travelers, and anyone who needs reliable charging for multiple high-demand devices on the go.Exceptional Power Capacity: With 26,250mAh, this power bank can charge laptops, tablets, phones, and accessories multiple times. It easily handles long travel days, outdoor work sessions, or emergency power situations without needing a recharge. Despite its capacity, it remains compact enough to carry in a backpack or travel bag.300W Max Output: The power output is what truly sets this model apart. With three ports (two USB-C and one USB-A), it can deliver up to 300W total, which means it can charge a MacBook, iPad, and smartphone simultaneously at high speeds. Each port intelligently distributes power based on the device’s needs—an impressive level of efficiency for such a compact unit.Two-Way Fast Charging: The 100W input/output support allows the power bank itself to recharge quickly, often in under 90 minutes with a compatible charger. This feature makes it incredibly convenient for frequent travelers who don’t want to wait hours for their power bank to recharge. Works with the Anker 100W charging base, plus USB-C charging at the same time for dual base and cable charging simultaneously.App Control & Smart Features: The Anker app integration is surprisingly useful. Through Bluetooth, you can monitor remaining capacity, see real-time power distribution, locate the power bank (with sound alerts), and even adjust charging modes. It’s a thoughtful touch that adds a premium, tech-forward experience.TSA-Approved for Air Travel: The 26,250mAh capacity is right at the TSA limit for carry-on lithium batteries, making it safe and convenient to take on flights. Perfect for digital nomads or business travelers who need to stay powered up from gate to gate.Build Quality & Design: As expected from Anker, the build quality is exceptional. The metal and matte finish give it a solid, high-end feel. The digital display is crisp and clear, showing battery percentage, power output, and charging status in real time. Despite its power, it’s ergonomically designed and surprisingly portable.Reliability & Performance: It performs flawlessly under heavy use. Whether powering a laptop while charging a phone and tablet, or acting as a fast charger for high-drain devices, the Anker Prime maintains stable voltage and temperature control. There’s no noticeable heat buildup, and performance stays consistent across multiple charging cycles. In summary, the Anker Prime Power Bank (26,250mAh, 300W) is a powerhouse in every sense—sleek, smart, and exceptionally capable. It’s ideal for anyone who relies on multiple devices and wants dependable, fast, and future-proof charging. Anker has truly delivered one of the best all-around portable power solutions on the market today.

The newest flagship Anker powerbank
I’ve owned plenty of portable chargers over the years, but this Anker Prime is on another level. It’s big, but in a good way, it feels like a mini power station you can actually carry. I use it mainly for my MacBook Pro M4 and iPhone 17 Pro, and it charges both at full speed at the same time. Watching the digital display show wattage in real time is surprisingly satisfying. The recharge speed is insane. Plugging both USB-C ports into the wall lets it go from nearly empty to full in under an hour, which still blows my mind for something this powerful. I tested it by draining the power bank to near 0%, grabbed two 140W GaN chargers I had laying around, and I was getting 2 x 125W recharging into each port. I did notice that the power bank would throttle down from 250W -> 140W of recharging since it gets super hot, but this is great in a pinch if you forget to recharge your power bank before a flight. The app is a nice touch too, it gives you charging stats and even lets you adjust the output if you want to baby your devices. It’s TSA approved, so I’ve taken it on flights without issue. For travel days, it’s a life saver when you can top off your laptop mid-flight and still have juice left for your phone. My only small gripe is that the charging base isn’t included, which feels like it should be at this price, but the included 240W cable is high quality. I do wish it was CCC certified so that I can take it to travel in China on their domestic flights.I used to have an Anker 737 24,000 mAH prior to this, and this power bank is substantially thinner than my old power bank with more capacity as well. This is a great upgrade from those who still have a Anker 737. You don’t have to worry about splitting the max 140W charging port because you have 2 ports that output 140W! (i’m looking at you Dell laptops).Overall, this thing is worth every penny if you carry multiple high-power devices. It’s not just a power bank, it’s basically a portable outlet that keeps up with the latest tech. Hoping costs go down but it is a new product in 2025.

Great value for the price.
The display is great, showing you power level, power in and power out, and safe temperature. Safe temperature is very important with Lithium batteries. The unit is very well made, and of a very solid construction. If you purchase the charging station, it charges quickly. The unit also shows the charging rate and charge level while charging with either the charging station or via the charging cable.

Nice but expensive
It works well. I modified my trade show lighting to run off USB-C and I’m powering them with the Anker. Some of the conferences charge $200-$500 to use an outlet, so this will quickly pay for itself. However, I removed one star because it’s a bit expensive compared to similarly spec’d units.

Just got the Anker Prime 26,250mAh 3-Port Portable Charger and I am amazed. This bank is smaller and lighter than last year’s model (Anker Prime 27,650mAh Power Bank, 250W) but packs just as much power, which is insane. I was able to charge it at 200W using two Anker 100W power bricks, and it filled up ridiculously fast—under an hour! It’s capable of charging at 250W, but at the time of writing I can’t do that yet as the new 160W Anker Prime charger hasn’t been released in the UK.It has three ports, so I can charge my phone, laptop, and legacy USB-A device all at once without slowing down. It never gets too hot and feels really solid. Comes with a nice carry bag and a braided Anker cable. Can get around 4 charges for my Switch 2!The screen is bright and easy to read, and the app (via Bluetooth) can monitor the device remotely. You can set limits for port output, but I’d rather leave it in AI mode to get full power to everything. It’s just under the 100Wh airline limit, so it’s safe to carry on planes. The screen is actually super useful. It shows exact battery percentage, input and output power, and even how much each port is pulling, so you always know exactly what’s going on. No guessing if your phone is charging fast or if the power bank itself is topping up. The display is bright and clear.Honestly, this power bank has the wow factor. From speed to build quality to the little details like the screen and port layout, it feels like Anker thought of everything. If you travel a lot, game on the go, or just hate running out of battery, this is hands down the best power bank in the UK right now.Top tip: if you have a USB-A device that won’t charge, double click the side button to enable ‘trickle charge’ mode. Lifesaver for older devices!
