Cheap and works great
I am extremely impressed with this little laptop. I bought it for my senior citizen dad who needs something easy to learn. The Chromebook is no frills and hooked up to the router and printer without a glitch. I recommend getting a separate mouse as the touchpad is not good for elderly folk to use.

Great computer!
This computer was such a great deal! I’m really happy with my purchase. It works great! I was a little apprehensive when ordering this because of other reviews saying that theirs didn’t hold a charge or their volume didn’t work but mine works perfect! I couldn’t be happier.

Seller is very responsive but product reliability is questionable
Ordered 2 of these to use as training stations for my employees. Compact, light weight, surprisingly sturdy and low cost. Upon arrival one of them worked great but the other would not charge. In fact the one that was not charging was indicating no battery installed which I don’t believe because both units weighed the same. Returned the one with “no battery” with no hassles and promptly receive the replacement. Both were working great and considering purchasing a few more of them when the replaced chromebook started having issues with the power and backspace keys. One of my employees did a restart by selecting shut down and then there was no chance to restart the chromebook due to the backspace key not working. Again no hassle return with the seller. I would rate the seller a 5 star and the product a 1 or 2 star given the dependability issues I’ve seen. Still not convince they are a bad platform just think the quality control from the seller’s source needs to improve their quality standards. You are getting a great deal if they work so just be cautious.

Great but SLOW
If you can get past the small size (11″), this Chromebook is a good buy. The keyboard doesn’t feel cramped at all, screen is fine for work/web/videos and the sound is good and made better with headphones. But it’s *alarmingly* slow. Pages often time out before loading, and I’m spending a lot of time hitting the Refresh button. For a newer Chromebook, and a Dell at that, this is a surprise! I have a truly ancient Dell Latitude laptop running Windows XP that can do some things faster than this, and every other laptop or tablet I’ve used here has been quick to get up and at ’em, so it’s not the fault of my internet connection. This works out OK for me as I’d rather be online less overall, but if you need to be plugged in, something a bit faster might be better for your needs.

Exactly as described. I needed a small inexpensive laptop for my child while her other laptop is getting repaired. It came packaged well. Came with a charger. Needed charging of course before setting it up. Easy to set up. Touch screen is responsive. The keyboard functions well. I kind of wished I found this computer sooner. The size is compact and light to carry. The screen is bright enough and connection is good. It is a solid laptop.

Just what I needed
Just what I needed, I just wanted something simple, I had a MacBook, but it was too much for me for what I wanted to do. I gave it to my niece and asked her if this is what I really needed. She said this was perfect for me. I just check emails and maybe a little surfing. And with me being on a fixed income, the price was affordable. It was easy to set up, and the chrome book itself looks new.

Was not expecting to love this as much as I do and did not know what to expect with a refurb. I am astonished because this little beast is practically brand new. Barely barely noticeable scuffs on the outside. Started up fast and set up was quick and easy. Bought this at recommendation of my engineer bf to use scrictly for writing a novel, and it is going to be perfect. I have a really nice Lenovo but it’s connected to all kinds of peripherals and a hassle to disconnect for portability, and it’s honestly not as physically durable as this little Dell. I wanted something small and rugged just to do writing, and this is absolutely perfect. Very pleased with the seller as well for shipping so quickly and well packaged and for offering such great products at such a great price.

Don’t know what to believe yet, it could be defective
I was amazed to receive a laptop that seemed light and new, shipped with care, but today, working with it, I was aggravated. Got it for job interviews, to save money, but not sure if I will get used to it, a no-screen touch Chromebook. Well, it is a great value, none the less.

Arrived like brand new with a charger, i can hardly tell its been refurbished. I did have to factory reset it on arrival but other than that I’ve had no issues. I got it for school work and so far it works great. The battery life is pretty good. Very much worth it for the price

I understand d that this is cheap but having said that I expect it to work. If I push power button it either will not turn on or takes up to 45 minutes. I very often get Chrome OS message. Checked it in online and was advised to turn off then back on. It is too costly to return so I am stuck with a malfunction Chromebook.When it was delivered it came in a box without any protections.Amazon asked for my feedback and I replied and have not heard back.I probably spend close to 300 a month on Amazon purchases but now am rethinking this.
