You got a bad delivery from the manufacturer
The negative reviews on here made me curious. This was the best price on a decent controller. Hands down the best controller I have purchased in 10 years. Sure there may have been some defects sent out. Fair enough. I have 7 different PC controllers, I just got done playing GTA online and this thing is amazing. Controller works better than my last wired purchase. If it fails I will make a new review but it was delivered same day. Took 2 hours to get full charge out of the box. Everyone wants to give negative and positive reviews. 100% for the price point and the value. DO NOT HESITATE. This is better than the last wired controller I spent $50.00 for. Life changing with no wires!

controller has skipping menu issue
I got the controller yesterday, and it had skipping menu issue when I used it to play fifa 23. I tried all the solutions that I can find online and no solution. My other controllers was doing fine. I just found out it didn’t work well on Fifa 23, but working good on other games. well, it’s not for my favorite game.update: add one star, good customer service, they offered me full refund, but I won’t bother returning it. it’s good looking and solid, I will keep it for other games.

Leagues better than I expected!
My old controller’s joystick drift finally drove me into buying this. And I’m glad I did! This was a long overdue upgrade considering my old one was from the Xbox 360!Here’s my notes about this new controller:1. I got the splatter color, and it’s so cute! I love it!2. The joysticks have little gripper bumps which I never knew I needed! They’ve made it a lot easier to use the joysticks. I should have bought grippers a decade ago!3. There’s also striped grippers on the sides, which I appreciate. Makes it much easier to hold, and means the controller won’t fall out of your hands if you’re hands get sweaty, unlike my old controller.4. I feel like it’s definitely a lot faster response time than the old controller! Most of my time with this one has been playing a Spider-man game and I was surprised at how quickly I could swing and dodge in that game. There were likely many times where I’d have been killed if I still had my old controller’s response time.5. The casing parts that aren’t grippy are smooth and comfortable to the touch. Almost the tiniest bit soft feeling, even. It’s very nice and feels much better to hold than what I had before.6. Connects easily. You kinda just plug the receiver in, let Windows detect it (probably the same on Mac?), then press the controller’s middle button, and you’re good to go!7. You can adjust the vibration levels, which is very nice. I’m autistic, and intense vibrations feel weird on my hands sometimes. So, having the ability to turn the vibration lower has really helped me feel more comfortable playing games that have lots of vibrations. You can even turn vibration off entirely!8. Steam, Xbox Play Pass (PC), and Itch.io launchers all automatically treated this controller as an Xbox controller. I didn’t have to change any settings or controls, which was a relief as I have lots of games and didn’t want to have to mess around in settings or JoytoKey all day.9. For a controller that works like this one has so far, I’d say the price is pretty fair. I was initially hesitant, but when compared to the competition, this seemed to have good ratings and a somewhat cheaper price. So I took the leap, and was pleasantly surprised by how well this controller preforms.If I had the money to spare, I’d be tempted buy a second one of another color so that I could play 2-player games with friends and family.And finally, 10. THE ONLY CON I’VE NOTICED: It doesn’t warn you when the battery is about to die, and it’s hard to tell when it’s full. So uh, if you’re about to go into a boss fight, you might wanna make sure it’s fully charged. The good news is that if it dies, you can use a USB to USB-C or a USB-C to USB-C cord to plug it directly into your computer, and then you can keep playing corded til you get a chance to charge it!

Great Controller
Love this controller. I’m a gamer but it’s been forever since I had a PC and this controller connected easily and did all it should instantly. Controls are super responsive. Battery lasts a long time and charges quickly. For the price even if this one ever breaks I would definitely buy another one. Love the weight of it too and feel of the controls and buttons.

Great PC controller
This is the second smx controller I bought. The first one I’ve had for about 4 years and my 2 year old destroyed it. I love this one is rechargable. It paired instantly with my pc as a Xbox controller. The plastic is lighter than an official Xbox controller but at the price point that’s somewhat expected. I’ve played around 10 hours with it and had no issues. If you’re looking for a good off brand controller buy this one.

I had to find a game controller that would honor Microsoft’s button configuration. I also wanted something wireless. This fit the bill. Very easy to setup and the batteries last a very long time.The firing buttons weren’t being recognized in my last controller, but glad to say that everything is being picked up.I’m a happy gamer.
