Impressive quality for the price
We got one Logitech H570e headset for my office on a trial basis since this headset is a new product only available on Sept. 18, 2024. The first general impression at our office was that the headset looked and felt good quality but the headphones were very small. After our testing, we quickly found out that the small earpieces were rather comfortable and the audio sound is very clean. The noise cancellation works surprisingly well considering these headphones are only for regular office use. The noise cancellation was a big selling point for several people at my office since it can get a bit noisy at times. The mic filtered the sound from our office very well as we were able to hear the wearer’s voice only on the other end. Headset is very light which is great for extended use and the cable controls were another nice plus. Our office is very pleased with the overall quality and performance so we will order more for our team. It is still too early to speak on the longevity of this headset but this is usually not a problem with Logitech products in our experience.Highly recommend this product as it is a nice step up from the standard $15 office headsets without having to overspend.

Needed a good comfortable headset for work. This fit the job beautifully! My students could hear me clearly. Simple to install. Just plug and play type. Worth it!

Very good headphones/microphone
Bought this and was easy to plug in right out of the box. It has good audio qualities for both the headphones and microphone. I don’t use it everyday, but I do like the quality. I would buy this again.

I used to really like Logitech, but these headsets keep failing in less than a year. The sound quality degrades over time, and on one of them the right ear stopped working after just a few months. Overall the audio isn’t very good, and I’ve since switched to a higher-quality brand after ending up with three broken Logitech headsets.

Decent headset if you don’t want to spend a bunch of money.
I got the single ear option. Sound quality from the ear piece is good. Total silence when no one is talking. I don’t find it nearly as nice as my old Plantronics headset that I have had for 10 years. The part that goes over your head is stiffer, heavier, and not as flexible. It also feels super cheap especially the control buttons which I find too close to headset. The cord is a little shorter than my Plantronics but it is decent. Anyway It works well with MS Teams as specified. Mic audio is decent. No complaints from anyone on calls. I am not sure what one of the buttons does though because there is no documentation. I also could do without the voice saying “mute on / mute off” when I press the mute button. That gets annoying after a while.

Excellent sound quality, light-weight yet durable and functional headset.
Working from home as a tech-support agent, I need a decent quality, durable headset that won’t break the bank and the H570e fit the bill for me. The on-ear design is less weight than the over-ear models, which I like and I could still hear if someone comes to my door, etc. The controls are nice and can toggle Microsoft Teams, mute or switch to the phone with a push of a button. A wireless version would be great, but also more expensive so the length of the cord is more than long enough. I have trusted the Logitech brand for many years, which is another reason why I chose this model. I know it will last quite a while, and the quality is always excellent. So far so good and I would definitely recommend.

The headset so simple to use. Plug in usb-c on the laptop and I can pickup any calls from Teams app without interfere other co-workers. This doesn’t hurt my ear much as the stereo kind. It has light to know if the headset connected and voice when I pressed Mute button.

The product is good, even the noise cancellation on the mic works quite well, but don’t really expect much from such priced product.Also, I personally didn’t find it comfortable to wear for more than 1 hour continuously. Other than that, sound quality is average, cord length is very good, the mute button works well with MS teams.Overall 3/5. I’m kind of disappointed, with such high price points although.
