I got a great price on this lap top. It has all the power I need for business purposes. I’m not a gamer, don’t know how it would work for games.

Worked great for a while, then my screen messed up. Took it to the ‘Geek Squad’ and found out it was some video chip that can’t be replaced

Overall I am happy with this purchase. But…
I had no problems with this laptop so far. It works well as expected. The battery life is exaggerated. I get less than 3 hours of use on a full charge. The only other problem is the warranty. I received this laptop May 30, 2025. However the warranty is already activated as of 10/25/24 and expires 10/25/25 Which leads me to believe this was a returned laptop and just resold as new! I do feel scammed as i have less than the one year warranty, (and I was sold a used computer. sold as “new”) but not enough to go through the hassle of sending it back.
