Strong, Not for Larger Necks
Ar first glance, it’s beautiful. I was really intrigued with how the neck massager was shaped differently than most neck massagers. It goes around the neck and squeezes in a circular motion. It’s fantastic quality and extremely durable. It’s easy to use – you have a heat setting and can adjust the width. The battery life is decent – it takes a while to charge, about an hour or so and that usually lasts about 2 – 3 massages (15 minutes maximum each).It’s comfortable against the skin. However, it is very strong and is a true deep tissue. And although you can adjust the width to fit your neck – it’s still a bit tight and I don’t see how it would fit larger necks. I’m female with a small/average neck and I feel as though it still squeezes a bit too tight for my taste. You do have to sit upright, you can’t lay down and use it. I do love that it has straps though.Overall it’s a fair value for money.

Very Portable With The Back Strap In Place
The MASGRE Width Adjustable Cordless Brushless Neck Massager with Heat includes a short 7-page manual and a 39.5″ Type C USB charging cable. A 5V/2A USB wall charger is not included, although the massager charging specs call for one. The charging port was a little difficult to find since it is not located on the control panel or identified in the manual. I found it under the right side flap which is opposite the flap with the control panel. A red light on the control panel blinks while charging and turns green when complete.The massager comes with a One-Year Warranty that can be extended to 3 years for free by emailing the order information within 90 days of purchase. This does not apply to free or gifted products, though.The massager has female vocal announcements for setting changes, but they can be toggled off if not wanted with a quick press of the power button. Power off has a several second delay during which the massager arms keep moving. The massager shuts off automatically after 15 minutes.The massager has 2 modes of operation. Mode 1 is continuous and Mode 2 is pulsed, which I don’t like as much. There are 2 intensities (Low/High) to choose from with high intensity being faster, not harder. And there are 3 heat settings (Off/Low/High) and the heat does feel good during a massage.The 2 massage interval widths are narrow and wide. I can see the arms move about 1/2″ in or out when the interval is changed, but don’t feel that much difference on my back. There is a short pause when the interval is changed before the massage starts up again.My one complaint is that I cannot see the control pad during use, so I had to learn where the buttons are located by touch. It’s very easy to press the wrong button.The massager is heavy and difficult to hold in place unless the back strap is used. Once adjusted, the back strap works very well and allow the massager to be truly hands-off portable. My wife and I both enjoy the massage provided by this device. She said it feels just like someone is behind her giving the massage.

Really Relaxing Massage and Talks! (Talking Optional)
This Shiatsu Neck and Shoulder Massager by MASGRE, I was taken slightly aback by at first when I powered it and immediately there was a female voice welcoming me to the massager! And the 4 different control options also have the voice telling you whether your setting is on low or high or narrow or wide or what mode you are in- 1 or 2. But after a few minutes of using this device I decided the voice readout was really useful, because the button panel falls high up on your shoulder, and while you can feel them and push them while you are wearing and using this massager, you can’t really turn your head easily to see what you are pushing, the voice reading out to you what you have selected is super useful. One button is the heat low or the heat high this is changed by pushing the same button in succession, and it has a third option for having the heat turned fully off as well. the middle two buttons are for the intensity (pace) of the massage -either low or high. The last set of buttons (closest to the power on/off button) is to choose the width of the massage hands either narrow or wide. I’ve tried a few of similarly styled shiatsu massagers, so I was expecting this one to be similar, but that narrow or wide choice seems unique to this particular massager so far, and that option is really useful! There is a mode button that I missed, even though it is obviously marked as “M”, I thought it had to do with the heat, was part of a pair there, but it is its own separate button control for selecting the mode. Mode 1 is the standard evenly paced “kneading” action. Mode two is surprisingly nice and effective with interchanging pulsing patterns to it and pauses. It was above and beyond what I thought it would be when it came to massage effectiveness. This massager is so comfortable and relaxing, especially before bed, I almost could fall asleep sitting up using it (not recommended!) It is designed so you can wear it walking around but you don’t get as good a massage with it that way, the best massage is leaning back against it on the couch. The slight pressure and angle of that position delivers the best massage- at least to your neck and shoulders area. Two more things I want to note. First (and I should have started with this point, you need to charge this fully to use it, you can’t charge it while using it. Second to turn it on you long hold the power button for a few seconds. (and don’t be startled by the voice when it comes on!) Third- you can turn the voice function off once you have turned it on, you just press the power button a second time and the voice says “turn off voice” and then you can use it in silence after that if you prefer. I think this is my favorite shiatsu neck and shoulder massager I’ve used so far!
