“My experience with the watermelon flavored pre-training”
I have been using this watermelon flavored Sport Pre-Workout and the experience has been quite positive. The fact that it is certified by NSF for sports gives me a lot of confidence, especially since it guarantees that it does not contain prohibited substances and that it meets quality standards.In terms of performance, it offers what it promises:• High energy: you feel a remarkable impulse without being exaggerated or causing nervousness.• Greater muscular endurance: during the most intense workouts I have noticed that I can keep up the pace for longer.• Hydration: it is light and does not fall heavy, which is appreciated before training.The watermelon flavor is nice, sweet but not cloying. In addition, the size of 30 servings performs well if you use it consistently.Overall, it is a solid option if you are looking for an effective, pleasant flavor and reliable certification pre-workout.

Good boost, but taste could be better
I’ve been using this pre-workout for a few weeks and it definitely gives me the energy and focus I need to power through workouts. I don’t feel jittery, and the caffeine kick is steady instead of overwhelming. The watermelon flavor is decent but a little too sweet/artificial for my taste. Mixes pretty well with water, though sometimes it leaves a bit of powder at the bottom. Overall, it’s effective and affordable compared to other pre-workouts, so I’d buy it again.

This specific flavor and series is the best in quality, taste AND price! It has 30 servings (like all of them USED to have), whereas the newer versions only have 20 servings and are roughly the same price (but newer versions are worse quality as far as my personal opinion goes), and they’re all in the same size of container and close to the same weight so people get tricked into paying MORE money for 10 less servings. This one is the best out of the dozens of pre-workouts I’ve tried. It lasts forever (meaning I have forgotten it in my cupboard for 6+ months during flare-ups where I didn’t use it at all, and it was STILL perfectly the same. As far as jitters go, as long as you’re following the directions it doesn’t cause extra shaking or clumsiness or anything like that. I have taken more than double the serving size and it did cause some issues with my coordination, so I don’t recommend chugging 2 or more serving sizes at once. I personally like to make a large serving and sip on it throughout the day sometimes, but that is due to my own health issues that require extreme amounts of vitamin intake in order to absorb and maintain an adequate level of those vitamins in my system. I’m not really sure about how it helps on focus, though, since my brain is full of squirrels regardless of caffeine, vitamin or medication intake.I know this is gonna sound weird, but I’ve found it dissolves EXTREMELY EASILY when you mix it with very hot water. I drink pretty much only warm drinks (teeth sensitivity to cold), and make mine hot like tea, stir it often and toss it back in the microwave if I forget it sitting somewhere until it gets cold. A trick my husband taught me about powdery drink dissolvents is that even if you prefer your drink ice cold, it almost always dissolves easier in HOT water. So he mixes the full serving of powder in the hottest water from our tap, but he only uses a few tablespoons of the hot water in order to dissolve the powder quicker, and then he fills the rest with cold water (or you can even use ice or you want it really cold). But that all comes down to personal preference, aversion to texture and taste etc.The point is, this is the best bang for your buck. Very solid choice in the Pre Workout market.
Very nice product. It lasts me a month, which is enough time for me to go to the gym or on a run at least 4 times a week. This product always gets me ready for my car ride, which is about 10 minutes long. This is one of my favorite flavors out of the four, and compared to other pre-workouts I’ve tried, it is so much better; it actually tastes like the flavor says and doesn’t have wacky flavors to add on to it. It dissolves rather quickly, and I don’t really need to shake up my water. The ingredients are great, too. There’s only like 5 calories and a really small amount of sugars, and with the amount of caffeine in this, I don’t need coffee for the rest of the day, but even with taking all that caffieen its still really easy to focus, but that could just be me. I really do greatly recommend this product, and I will probably be getting the same flavor once I run out in a month.
