Pretty good. Had to call to get my claim started because my item wasn’t available in the drop down and it didn’t automatically carry the order to the claim service. But once started it was fast.

I always get extra protection for anything that is powered electronic or battery operated things just dont last most manufactory warranty are enough for me. Asurion has Always came through Always. I have never had any issues with Asurion . It is a way to cover my puchases so I dont loose money if the item/product stops working . I do not order without it. No I am not being paid for this . And if you ever puchase something and it stop working after the manufactory warranty no longer covers it. And it is something you need , and now you have to buy it again You will understand.

Claim processed quickly
I had bought an electric toothbrush on Amazon less than a year ago, and it stopped holding the charge. I started the claim with Asurion online and it was accepted the same day. I was sent a return label for my unit and was told as soon as it was brought to UPS and scanned in, I would receive a gift card credit for the purchase amount in an email. True to their word, I had returned it the same day and received the email and was able to purchase a replacement – all in the same day! I purchased another Asurion protection plan for my new toothbrush and so glad I have purchased other plans for other items I’ve purchased, knowing I am protected. Excellent service and value!!
