Great product and customer service.
I am very happy with this company and the final product. I ordered the blue/orange design and when the controller was received it didn’t match what the picture showed online. I immediately sent a message to the company and they worked with me to remedy the issue; I received a controller with the new design I picked within 7 days and received a full refund for the controller I was not happy with. This was a gift for my son and he was very happy with the controller and the new design. A big thanks and appreciation to the customer service agent at Customer Controllerzz.

Great customer controller
My husband loved his controller. It worked for amazing for two years until it recently broke (i’m not sure what happened it just stopped working). Looked exactly like the picture. Rating four stars though because I wished it would’ve lasted longer for the price.

I had a hectic end to 2024, and didnt get to play for months after this was gifted to me.Sadly there was an issue with the controller, and reaching out to Amazon they had 0 help. Wouldnt contact seller, Seller made it right after a few contacts. I cant thank them enough for honoring the purchase and making it right. Great stuff

Waste of money
My controller got ice pop juice on it so now it stopped working completely. It only lasted for about a month I still love the design for it but overall I don’t recommend controllers made by these people if it takes little damage to become overpowering damage to the controller itself.

Great Controller
This controller has an amazing grip and very durable. My only complaint is how high the price is for this product. I bought this as a Christmas gift for my brother, and he is very satisfied with his gameplay now since his other controllers always broke immediately.
