Physicians Choice probiotic has so far been by far the best probiotic for my stomach and digestion heath and it only requires taking one capsule once a day and that’s what I was also looking tor very easy to add to my regimen of taking my daily vitamins and prescribed meds. The result after 2 weeks is I’m starting to feel much better with more energy and clearer thinking. And best of all my stomach isn’t bloated and sore any longer and no constipation issues either. It works for many issues
I was having a lot of bouts with diarrhea and having studied nutrition for many years I knew that was an indication of gut issues so I looked for a good probiotic and found this one. Is was a bit more expensive than others but also has more probiotics. It cleared it up immediately. Recently I experience a sudden onset of a UTI (urinary tract infection) my doctor called in an antibiotic but it was after hours and I was in pain. I wondered what I could do to get through the rest of the day and night. Suddenly I thought of this probiotic. I wasn’t sure it would make a bit of difference but I knew it couldn’t hurt. I’ve been taking this for about a month, and it’s made a big difference. My stomach feels lighter, I don’t get bloated as often, and my digestion is way smoother.
