It was hassle free, easy, simple, and quick. It didn’t take long to receive refund once item was shipped back. I know that to do something like this is based on honesty and trust. I hope that it continues because as everyone knows: there are a lot of dishonest people. When people are dishonest and untrustworthy, companies change policies and services.

They helped when my razor stopped working
When my electric razor stopped working and overheating, I contacted Asurion. They understood my predicament and were able to send me a return label for the now broken razor. Shortly after this I received an e gift card to help with the replacement of the razor. Very helpful, a great value for the money. I always use Asurion when I buy new products.

Appears to Be Excellant Coverage, If Needed!
Sign up was easy during checkout. Trouble is…unless you have a claim you won’t know how good this “insurance” is. It appears to be very good as a hair dryer gets some hard use, particularly with a new attachment just being introduced.

Excellent Customer Service
I was thoroughly impressed with the way my claim was handled by Asurion. I needed to return a vacuum pet groomer, after two years of use, and although it could not be repaired, they issued a refund for the total amount. The refund was processed, when I dropped off the unit to an authorized UPS location. Amazing service and commitment to excellence!

Horrible experience
Full disclosure this is not my first rodeo with this company. The last time around was a disaster because literally the one hand didn’t know what the other hand was doing… Fast forward this time I had a problem with my electric razor. I spoke to someone gave them the information with the contract number and very quickly and efficiently they handled my complaint, send me an Amazon credit via email and I was done so this time they get five stars thank you

Great coverage for the little things, new shaver for the older unit.
Nobody really wants to use insurance coverage, but it is nice to get money for a new item, after it fails to operate. The waiting is unforgivable, in a high paced world, taking 3 days to release the funds for my old shaver. I ordered a new razor and Amazon added balance to my credit card. I had over $150 funds on the gift card they just issued to me. I cancelled 2 different orders that they couldn’t figure out how to use the gift card first.Try harder next time.
