Great Gift for Tween
I purchased this laptop as a Hanukkah gift for my 13 year old great niece. She loves it! It’s the perfect size for her, and it’s nice and light. Perfect for homework assignments, games and music! The price was great and I was able to get an extended warranty just in case something happens to it. Lenovo is a great brand!

Not worth it.
I wanted something slightly more powerful than a Chromebook. This was not it. I can’t tell if the issue is Win 11 or the super low quality graphics processor but it can take 10-15 seconds to switch between apps. It can take almost 30 seconds to open the windows settings. I have wiped and reinstalled windows and did a full memory scan and shut off all start up apps and no improvement. Runs like it has 4GB or ram. I knew it would be budget but this is pretty bad. A fire tablet would’ve been better and that is not a compliment. Also you can’t charge via, or use the USB C for connecting a display. Wasted $

Read EVERYTHING and RESEARCH before purchasing!
If I had to redo this process all over again, I would. I had purchased this laptop for the price of it and also needing something that was more current with the times. Thus far, I have felt like this laptop has not been what I thought it would be. At times, it has been slow in starting up then there has been times that I have to restart the laptop several times just to get to the log in screen. Recently, I had the blue screen to pop up and it would not allow me to proceed without doing something. Lenovo Support helped me with getting it working to the point that I could get into my system but please be aware that you will not be able to get additional support if needed as some individuals have stated regarding to the laptop being shipped from Nigeria and not the US. If this is the case, Lenovo US will not be able to assist much. I am very disappointed that Amazon allows this to happen because from what I remember, i thought I was purchasing this laptop from a US company so my trust regarding technology at this point with Amazon is I am going to be very hesitant in purchasing technology like this unless I do extensive research. Be sure you read everything before purchasing. Like I said, if I could do this purchase all over again, I would because over the years I have heard Lenovo has provided great technology, it is just that I wished Amazon would do more to make people aware of what they are purchasing and where they are being shipped from.

FABRICATED DATES/LIES REGARDING LENGTH OF WARRANTY AND COUNTRY OF WARRANTY
The notebook is not broken; however, Lenovo has refused to provide a full term warranty on this product. The stated warranty is supposed to be 12 months. I purchased it new from Amazon ordered on December 5th and received on December 9, 2025. It was sold by POLY MOLLY. When I checked on the Warranty with Lenovo it appears a warranty had already been issued in NIGERIA with a beginning date in August of 2025. Lenovo has refused to provide the 12 month warranty. Here is direct statement from Lenovo: “This serial number is rooted in Nigeria and the country of the invoice you provided as proof of purchase is United States of America” For us to update warranty dates, the country of manufacture and the country of the invoice must match.” Lenovo suggested we contact the reseller, Poly Molly for assistance. This is bulls***. I DO NOT KNOW WHAT HAS HAPPENED BUT MY SUGGESTION IS TO STAY AWAY FROM POLY MOLLY. SO POLY MOLLY IF YOU CAN HELP ME I WILL CHANGE MY REVIEW

Laptop cable doesn’t connect securely
Power cable doesn’t fit securely into its connection. Constantly comes unplugged. Very, very annoying and disturbing when I’m trying to utilize my laptop. I am returning the cable and ordering a new one.
