Excellent stand! Don’t believe the bad reviews!
It’s really the perfect stand! I have had three of these (because the others were attached to phones that I sold), and have tried other designs, but none were as good as this.As for for the adhesive, it’s plenty strong enough. Wash your hands. Clean your phone case well with Windex or vinegar. Dry it thoroughly. The wipe it down with rubbing alcohol, and dry it very well. Peel the backing from the adhesive and press the stand firmly into place, holding for about a minute. Then be careful with it for the first 24 hours.Do not try to use this on a frosted, or textured case, nor a case that is made from silicone, and you’ll be fine.It works very well, whether you stand the phone vertically or horizontally.You can always buy double-sided tape or 3M adhesive strips if you want or need to reposition it, or move it to a new phone.The current stand is now attached to it’s 2nd phone, and has been for well over a year.

Six months in and it broke off
Pros:- The stand looks and feels great from a build quality perspective- The adhesive was excellent; people complaining about it must have either not let it set or were likely actively pulling it off, since it literally took a knife between the stand and phone cover to get it off- Very convenient for a multitude of situations, be it laying down to watch a video or putting it on a desk- Excellent customer service; the seller sent out a replacement for free within a day of my complaint (outlined below)Cons:- As seen in the picture the hinge became loose after 6 months and lost its torque/resistance, resulting in the tab not staying in its closed position; shortly thereafter it broke off completely- I positioned the stand horizontally towards the bottom of my phone (when the phone is in vertical orientation). This allowed me to use the stand in both phone orientations, however the vertical orientation is quite unstable and slight touch can knock it over- This is a minor grievance but if you’re a germ freak like me and sanitize your phone often, it’s hard to clean out the small space adjacent to the hinge. Gunk will build up there and a q-tip and alcohol didn’t manage to clean it wellOverall it’s a solid product. 3/5 in terms of build quality though due to it breaking down quickly. Would recommend the manufacturer fix that hinge issue.

Kickstand for the Steam Deck?!
Though for a phone, I wanted a kickstand for my Steam Deck LCD model and from what I experienced this is a great and sturdy stand for an item heavier then a phone, it doesn’t fall off which is a great sign that it’s adhesive is strong and it’s simple which personal I like no big logo or crazy difference in looks for my black device! If your worried that once it’s sticks it’s stuck I would say don’t worry I had to change back plates and I was able to move the stand off one back to the other as long as you don’t damage it too much you should be fine!

This stand is much better than other similar products. Looks high quality and so far hasn’t let me down. Has replaced the larger stand at my desk.While typing in vertical position, it’s better to use one hand to hold the phone. In horizontal position make sure to follow the instructions as per the guide. The glue takes time to set in. Keep that in mind.A must have accessory for your phone.
