Q: Is it compatible with new iPhone, new iPad, Android Phones/Tablets?
A: The USB-C to USB Adapter is designed for better compatibility with USB-C devices, it will be naturally compatible with those portable USB-C devices like new iPhone, iPad, Android phones and tablets. However, those devices will limit the power output in order to protect their USB-C port, which may result in lower speaker volume or automatic pauses in playback.
Q: Is it compatible with TV/TV-Box/Projector/Xbox/PStation?
A: No. The USB speaker can be used with computers, as the USB ports on other devices may not provide sufficient power to drive our speaker, resulting in a lower maximum volume level.
Q: Is it okay if I connect it to a USB hub?
A: The USB-hub is not recommended as it may not provide enough power to drive our speaker, resulting in potential audio issues such as distortion, cluttered sound, or even constant pops (audio cut-out) when played at high volume. Also, this speaker should be connected to the USB port on the back panel of the computer host.
Q: Why the connection fails after pairing?
A: Please make sure the audio driver of computer sound card is up to date and the USB interface of your computer can work properly. Navigate to Settings > System > Sound, and select the speaker from the “Output device” drop-down menu. Also, click the speaker icon on the taskbar to adjust the master volume slider. Then, click the volume slider to check if individual application volumes are muted or turned down.
Q: Is there a mic built-in?
A: The device does not have a built-in microphone, so it is recommended to use an external computer microphone for video calls. Navigate to System > Sound > Input Device, and select your microphone for sound input device.

Great speaker for the price and convenience. I’m an audiophile and the sound is definitely acceptable. Sound quality I would rate it a 3.5 out of 5. It lacks bass, I would expect with two passive radiators and 4 separate speakers, there would be deeper Bass. But I only use it for my laptop at work and the ease of use with it clamping to the top of my laptop and the only power needed is via USB/C-Port. Make it a “good” product for the price. The volume (which it has plenty of for my use) and mute controls on the front are very convenient as well. Just needs more Bass. But all in all – the construction quality, appearance, price (definitely), functionality (clamp on feature), ease of use and the acceptable sound quality. Make it a steal for the money. I would definitely buy one again.

Sturdy Quality & Excellent Sound
Wow! I’ve had a number of PC and/or laptop speakers and this one is my favorite. It has a sturdy feel, the sound quality is excellent, and I like the c-connection adapter. Well worth the price.

Easy plug & play and great sound for watching videos, etc.
Inexpensive but does the trick. I have a laptop connected to external peripherals but the sound from the laptop is terrible. This speaker is excellent for me and takes no room on my desk.I will say that I cannot use the function for the clamp mechanism to attach to my monitor as I have a large curved monitor and there is no good place to clamp it. I’m writing this part only so others will know that this feature is not universal with all monitors.

Great option for blown speakers on an old Laptop.
Good balanced sound. Much easier than trying to change the internal speakers for much less. Plug and play. Worked perfect on my 2015 Macbook Pro. Just chose USB under audio.

Nice when they work
I have had this for about a month now and when I first got it I loved it. I love that it clips on my computer monitor and frees up space and the sound quality is fine for what I do which is mostly listen to talk radio. They plugged into my new laptop and started working right away but,,,,, every time I don’t use the speaker for a day or two they don’t work when I come back and try again. If I go to the back of the PC and unplug the USB cord and plug it back in they work again but that’s a definite pain. I’ve tried different ports with the same result. It may be a PC issue or a settings issue but everything else works fine without this issue so I have to think it’s a speaker issue.

Great little speakers with big sound!
I bought these for my mom to use with her new desktop computer. They were very easy to install by clipping them to the top of her computer screen. The sound is great and price point awesome in my opinion. I highly recommend these as they are good speakers and the price point is spot on.

Very nice little speaker, which clips perfectly to the bottom of my Acer monitor. Setup is unbelievably simple, just plug and play. The unit has touch controls on the front, so you can see and use them perfectly in whatever position you have the speakers mounted. There are similar, cheaper versions available with controls on the opposite side to to the clips. This means that if the unit is clipped to the bottom of the monitor, the controls are underneath, which is awkward. In my opinion having the controls on the front makes this unit worth the extra cost.
