Great purchase
This refurbished VR set is awesome!! They are hard to find under 2K. Other sellers advertise and then never send the product. We were excited to get the Valve VR and my son plays it everyday. Would buy this product from this seller again.

Low quality repairs at an above market price. They seem to be taking advantage of the backorder situation. I was disappointed to see none of the foam was replaced either.UPDATE: Charged an almost $400 restocking fee for returning a broken product, DO NOT BUY FROM SELLER

I was worried they’d look cheap, but these are solid and well-crafted. The size is just right, and the warm light is so inviting. Definitely keeping them!

Refurbished… excellent condition. Not.
item came damaged/broken. Base station blinked red and would not connect and the right controller had a stick that did not work. There is a 90 day return policy but an “exception was made” in order for me to return it past 30 days. Seller is difficult to contact. Returning item. My son was heartbroken.
