So far, so good. Exactly what I was looking for
I am not a huge computer user – but wanted something I could use to journal, use word, browse the web, and edit photos. This is perfect and the price point was what I was looking for. I previously purchased an HP and hated it – but this one functions well, isn’t slow, and was super easy to set up. A lot of people in the reviews have mentioned they were mad it didn’t come with a charger, but mine did! The thing that stands out to me the most is the battery life. It lasts SO long which is nice for using my laptop on the go. Screen quality is good (nothing fancy, but does the job). It’s hard to see in the pictures but it’s a rose gold color and I personally think it’s very pretty!

Great for basic educational needs
Got this for my teen daughter to take online classes while traveling internationally. It has been perfect for her needs, which are simple (access online learning platforms, writing essays, internet research). It goes with her everywhere. It’s relatively small and light, and has been sturdy and reliable for 4 months so far.

Refurbished but still needs work
It wasn’t properly checked when refurbished, still has charging issues. While plugged in it doesn’t register the cable. Either the port is still damaged or the charger itself is damaged. Still functional besides that, it’s just a hassle to charge when half the time it doesn’t register the cable.

Todo muy bien trabaja muy rápido pero el único problema es que tiene el BIOS bloqueado para no poder cambiar Windows pero lo bueno es que si se puede quitar esa protección y ya puedes instalar cualquier sistema operativo ya sea Windows o Linux

Mi equipo llego solo con un detalle estético, venía en inglés obvio pero me dio las opciones para cambiar de idioma. Todo bien solo tengo un detalle que se calienta mucho, creo que la llevare a que la revizen en algún centro especializado. Pero estoy muy a gusto con la compra la verdad…

For a renewed product, the laptop looks and feels as good as new. The performance is very good with an Intel Pentium Silver N5030 processor and 4 GB RAM. I have been using it for browsing, watching video and work (word, powerpoint and excel). Bright display and loud speakers. Ample ports including HDMI, 2 USB-A, USB-C, headphones/mic and SD Card reader. Fast boot and shutdown and fingerprint log in 🙂
