I had to retire my S10 after nearly 6 years. The phone still worked but the battery wasn’t staying charged all day. So I opted for S21. Similar in size but unfortunately removable storage.Phone setup was easy since it is already unlocked. I just popped in the sim card from my old phone and that’s it. Transferring all my data was easy too. Just make sure you have the “smart switch” app downloaded on the older device. It came preloaded on this phone. Having a Samsung account helps transfer data, contacts, files etc., too.Unfortunately 128gb isn’t very much storage (and I do miss having removable storage but I knew this before i purchased). I had to delete a lot of things that were transferred over to free up space.Video quality is amazing. Photo editing has the option to erase objects which works well.Spectrum mobile is not listed in the carriers list but this unlocked phone absolutely works with Spectrum Mobile.I think it’s a great value for a new phone.

Llego bien , solo que la entrada sim Llego golpeada y se levantó por una parte la pantalla, no se sobresaliente como dice los comentarios pero con no Llego con raspones , si vino con su cubo de carga y cable pero no con el cargador inalambrico

Refund Request: Phone Not Unlocked as Described
Hello,I received the phone in a sealed, original Samsung box, and the product description stated it was Factory Unlocked. However, to my surprise, the device is not unlocked.I went to a Cricket store and purchased a new SIM card, thinking my old one might not be compatible. Unfortunately, I received the same error message: “Phone not registered on network.”The store representative, who also uses AT&T, tried inserting his AT&T SIM card, and we encountered the same issue. The message “Phone not registered on network” appeared again, as shown in the attached image.I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter for arranging a refund , as the product does not match the description.Thank you.I rate you 5 stars because you refund my money in the same day you have received the package with the phone I have sent back to you. You are an honest seller.

El teléfono llegó en buen estado, me ha funcionado bien hasta el momento. El único detalle es que la caja donde llego era más grande que la caja del celular y no traía relleno por lo que el celular se venia golpeando.

En general esta bien, pero no me enviaron factura y no tengo documento legal que pruebe la posecion. El volumen se sube cada vez que se contesta y tengo problemas con mis correos de google. Ya lo lleve a Samsung de Mundo E en Tlalnepantla, Estado de Mexico y no me lo aceptaron porque no tengo la factura o recibo fiscal y legal. Tengo que llevarlo al equipo tecnico por mi parte y sin garantia por parte de Amazon o por la de el vendedor.
