Knit heel pull tab: This comfortable heel tab makes the shoe easier and more comfortable to put on and take off. 4D GUIDANCE SYSTEM feature: A dynamic pod designed to intuitively respond under excessive load. This response provides stability and comfort for the duration of a run. Rearfoot PureGEL technology: Softer, updated version of our GEL technology. Approximately 65% softer vs standard GEL technology. FF BLAST PLUS cushioning: Midsole foam that provides a blend of cloud-like cushioning and a responsive ride that is lighter than FF BLAST Technology. OrthoLite X-55 sockliner : Premium sockliner that provides cushioning performance and moisture management for a cooler, dryer environment. Reflective details: Designed to help improve visibility in low-light conditions. HYBRID ASICSGRIP outsole: Combines ASICSGRIP rubber and AHARPLUS materials to help provide advanced grip for various terrains and advanced durability. The sockliner is produced with the solution dyeing process that reduces water usage by approximately 33% and carbon emissions by approximately 45% compared to the conventional dyeing technology.

The Best Shoes out there for Pronation. Stylish. Comfortable
The best shoes I’ve ever worn and have been wearing Kayano for about 7 years now. I usually get the bright red but they were sold out for the year. The white is very clean, comfortable and provides support for my pronation issues. Size is standard and I wear 10.5. Whether wearing them to run walk or with casual wear they are stylish and go perfectly with my Rhoback gear. Price is fair and I switched from NB and never looked back. Highly recommend.

Overall an improvement to the previous model
For background, I have been running in the Kayano 31 and really enjoy them. Naturally, I needed to add the 32 into my rotation.Overall, it’s a great shoe for me and I find it all around more comfortable than the Kayano 31, while offering a great running experience.Technically, I don’t NEED a stability shoe but that doesn’t stop me from running in the Kayano 32. I like the ankle and heel support this shoe offers. I always feel snug and secure. While I don’t excessively overpronate, I do like how the 4D Guidance system helps me feel more confident in how my foot is striking the ground. One of my complaints about the Kayano 31 was about the lack of support in the forefoot and compression in the toe box – even in an extra wide size. These issues have been corrected in the Kayano 32. The added foam under the forefoot tremendously improves the running comfort and the slight changes to the toe box and/or upper allow my toes to spread much more freely and have alleviated the hot spot on my little toe.The only aspect of the Kayano 32 that left me disappointed was the decision to move away from the more padded tongue and to the thin, stretchy tongue that’s used on the other ASICS models. I have a higher instep and this allows the laces to create a pressure point more easily. I also don’t like the giant loop at the top of the tongue that serves as the catch point for the laces. It just feels like a lazy design to me and isn’t as practical.

Another excellent Gel-Kayano version
A daily runner for decades and now a daily walker, I’ve exclusively worn ASICS shoes since the introduction of the GT series and then several iterations of the Gel-Kayanos. These are amongst the best versions to date. Super comfortable, lightweight, excellent support and attractive looks. I love em and am getting a second pair. Only issue is that the price is higher than ever, hoping that they’ll keep their cushioning and support longer than my last pair of Kayano 31s.

Best Stability Shoe !
I ended up ordering the Wide model along with the standard size and found that the Wide version felt better for my feet and had a slightly larger toe box, however if you have regular shaped feet the non-wide version should be fine. They are true to size do you do not need to worry about going one size up or down. The shoe provides excellent comfort but more importantly stability. If you are like me that over pronates when you step, these shoes are designed to provide stability and help correct over pronation. There are other shoes out there that are “softer” and make you feel like you are walking on clouds however that lack of stiffness and support will end up messing up your feet in the long run. LIKES:Provides Excellent stability to your feetHelps correct over pronationHigh Quality Material, breathableGreat amount of cushioningDISLIKES:High Cost because they just hit the market (June 2025)

Gobs of support and comfortable
I have pronation going on and these shoes are great for dealing with pronation as the support is second to no other shoes I’ve tried. Shoes are very comfortable and fits true to size. My only thought was that I wish there were an option where the thick rubber soles came in another color than white. The choices in colors for the uppers is also limited but regardless , I’d buy these shoes again due their comfort and support.

Comfortable but poor quality for HIGH price
These are well cushioned and comfortable to wear for walking, but began to peel on the bottom after a few months of regular wear (late August – mid November). I walked decent distances, but these were never used for high-impact running. I expected much higher quality and durability for the very high price. I would not purchase these again.

Horrible revision, peeling tread, squeaking, probably leaving brand.
Oh how my favorite shoe has fallen. This is my 5th pair of Kayano’s and while they’re usually amazing, this run has issues or something. Currently on my second paid and maybe trashing them. The first pair I received looked great as they always do, lighter color than I’d like but not bad. Once I started walking in them though, they began to squeak with every step. No idea why, but they wouldn’t stop. Walking around the office is tricky when you’re squeaking and not wanting to disturb people. Then The second day of wear I noticed that one part of the tread had begin to peel back and fall off. These shoes are beand new and they’re having issues? So I returned them and got a new set.My second set is not having the issue of the tread peeling off, but does still have the horrible squeak. For a shoe that cost $160 MSRP (which I paid because they’re brand new) it makes me think either Asics quality has gone down horribly or I am horribly unlucky. I’m leaning to them wanting to drop quality for more profit.had tread falling off on the second day of wearing which wa

great shoes
Really happy with these shoes so far. They feel sturdy, well-made, and the cushioning is exactly what I hoped for. They’re supportive without being bulky, and the fit is comfortable right out of the box. The style looks sharp too. Overall, a solid pair of shoes that I’d definitely buy again.

So far so good. Bought them to deal with pronation and related to it shin splints. No complaints so far and it typically ASICS fashion, shoes are a joy to run in.

By far the most comfortable trainers I have ever worn! I suffer from flat feet, heel pain, and overpronation. The cushion on these shoes are exceptional! The pain hasn’t gone completely but it has helped so much. Where I no longer dread walking outside. The heel cup is high and cushioned, so it keeps your heel in properly while walking. The stability of this shoe is very good considering the amount of cushion it has. The laces are stretchy which allow you to tie them tighter without causing pain or be constricting. There is some arch support but not super high like some other stability shoes. This has a very light blue-ish colour to it and goes well with dark jeans and shorts.I would say the only minor thing I don’t like about this shoe is that for running, it is a slightly clunky and heavy. But if you’re using this for everyday walking or for recovery, then it’s the best shoe to have hands down! This is true to size as I usually wear UK 11 for trainers.
