This was bought as a gift for my daughter. She was pleased with it. She likes that it comes with the necessities ( power cord etc) but also comes with a wireless mouse and some other goods. Has Office for a year. Windows 11. So she’s pretty happy with it.

Speed more and get better
Very limited, basic laptop. Easier to set up then I thought, but I really don’t like Windows 11. There hasn’t been a better operating system since Windows XP. A challenge to migrant my personal info from my storage backup to this one. Win 11 will fight you. Very difficult to unlatch the top, the bus is required, very hard to connect a mouse with dongle. It actually operates through Bluetooth! But you need the dongle also. The mouse is chintzy. Keyboard has a decent touch and speed but overall, it’s an insult to label this a student laptop. Most students beyond 3rd grade would be disappointed.

This computer amd bundle package was excellent. We like HP computers, this one arrived quickly and has worked great so far, the extra accessories were a bonus plus the Microsoft add ons.

Beware!!!
System keeps updating for drive C although it’s passing the diagnostic tests for HP. However, I purchased the refurbished with the understanding that it has prior issues that were resolved. I tried to land a work from home job with this and it passed everything on the Dxdiag except the CPU, which came in as an error as well as the memory which I was allowed to retake it. The darn thing then passed the memory but didn’t pass the CPU since it came back as a 4 which caused me to have to be removed from my certification class. For some reason they are counting the time the previous person purchased the laptop toward the warranty which is supposed to be a year so that leave me with only 7 days left in warranty. I will be returning this one although the free Microsoft office is great. I’m not sure why the adapter included doesn’t have an ethernet port which caused me to have to purchase one. Also, the mouse is cheap and sometimes doesn’t work unless you turn it off and back on.
