When you receive your product check it immediately
When I received the laptop I did not check it and on Christmas morning my daughter opens it come to find out it’s got a black bar down the center of the screen my daughter was very upset with it and I returned it and now I want to purchase the same one instead of 475 which I bought it for it is now 999

Student computer not for any gaming
I bought this one for home work laptop and small gaming it could not run the simplest of games. Not going to say it was bad. Good for school studies as it is advertised but I thought it would be good form small gaming it was not. It that’s what you have in mind I’d highly recommend paying a little extra for a better computer. I ended up returning it the same day I received it. Was very unsatisfied for what I was expecting.

Pay a little more & get something you’ll feel confident with, especially if you’re gonna be relying on battery power for more than 2 hours. Can’t recommend.

Deceiving graphics card
Kind of deceiving specs. It doesn’t tell you that it comes with an outdated graphics card that you can’t update. Really not cool especially advertized as gaming pc. If it wasnt for that i’d give 500 stars all day.

It’s a bad defective product making noise and it need to be replaced

Can overheat when playing movies.
Tends to run hot when playing movies. Has a 3-stage fan and fan will run full-blown in attempt to cool down laptop. Laptop has shutdown once due to overheating. Otherwise, does well.
