Good Quality
Initially, I could not hear the audio when plugging the Yealink headphones into the headphone jack or using the YHC20. Eventually, I discovered the same problem with other hearing devices from different companies. I realized at that point that the problem was not the headphones but something I needed to do with my computer. After much Googling to find a solution and questions to the Yealink support, I found the solution on Driver Easy. The problem was with the latest updates on my computer using Windows 11. Before the latest updates, I could simply plug into my headphone jack to hear the audio. Now I need to click on the speaker icon in the taskbar, which opened up a task box with the name of the Yealink headphone. Once I clicked on the name, I could hear the audio using the 3.5 pin or the YHC20. GEEEZ!! With this fix, I am enjoying the headphones, the sound quality is good, and the ear pads are very comfortable. Yealink was very responsive in attempting to help me solve the audio issue.

Noise Cancelling
If you work at home, have a family and are in a budget. GET THESE!! I have been working from home going on 4 years and have always just used the headset the company supplies which suck. I put some coins aside did a lot of research YouTube, Google etc. The headset advisor help so much in my decision. I also factored in headset requirements when working from home so the wired and wireless option is perfect. It is a lot I can go on about these comfort, durability, teams friendly etc.One con is, when you connect to PC via BT you can’t use the cool features such as teams lift mute and answer a call either, So keep that in mind. But overall cancels out noise of family in home, TV, phones, etc we don’t have pets so idk about that. Affordable and great quality.

Eventually broke, but it was “heavy use”, I’ll get another one
I bought in July 2024. I used it every work day actively for work from home from that moment until today. By Feb 6 2026 I now notice the thread is breaking. I guess it’s a positive that it has lasted this long. But at the same time, I want tech that lasts for many many years and is robust. This wasn’t a cheap $10 headset, but more of a middle-ground price. All that said, I know it works well and is compatible with MS Teams so I guess I’ll be buying another replacement one. At $70/$80 it does not feel like a “throw away and get a new one” price, it’s mildly painful. If I would have paid over $100, then I definitely would feel more robbed.

Do Not Purchase This
I started out loving this. It was perfect for work, Easy to control, and had excellent sound quality. There were a few hiccups with it connecting but nothing major. Until recently! After using this headset for the last 8 months it just stopped working without any warning. I would say skip this headset and find one of better quality for your money. I’m so disappointed

This is one of the best Noise cancellation headphones for the price.1. Microphone quality is very good with absolutely amazing noise cancellation.2. Speaker is good and offers very comfortable noise cancellation.3.good quality est cushions.4. MS teams supportive features.5. Dual device connectivity support.Would be great if it would have offered wired as well as wireless/ Bluetooth support to the laptop/computer

It’s very good sound but the wires have come loose after 12-18 months. Still working for now. I’ve used other brands and they broke faster. Sign of the times I guess.Update: Stopped working after 25 months – 1 month after product support window closed.
