Not only sent me the wrong specifications the laptop also broke down within 10 MONTHS AND CANNOT BE FIXED UNLESS YOU DISHOUT MORE THAN 300 USD JUST FOR ONE PART ALONE and they don’t take refunds, this is an awful brand to buy I’ve been buying from HP for almost my whole life and they don’t last the only reason why i buy stuff from this brand is because its the only thing available

Es una excelente laptop, con las especificaciones que viene. Un año tengo con ella y la compre en 13,500… lo que les puedo decir que si quieren una lap para gaming y para funciones de edición es excelente. Llego con las especificaciones que venia en la descripción.-El máximo de upgrade es de un SSD M.2 4×4 de 4TB en almacenamiento y 64 GB de RAM) Actualmente tengo 2 TB de almacenamiento y 24GB de RAM).-Si llega alcanzar los 7000 mb de escritura y de lectura de acuerdo al ssd, tengo una WD_BLACK SN850x de 2TB.-A pesar de que tiene en la placa un espacio para agregar una ranura extra de almacenamiento para otra SSD, les comento que no esta activada, lo cual si quieren agregar otra ssd para soldarla, no les va a funcionar.-Tiene un programa OMEN para el funcionamiento de la Lap donde te ayuda a configurar los ventiladores para que no se sobrecaliente y es una chulada.-El único inconveniente es la batería, dura 2 horas sin conectarla en uso rudo, y 4 horas si solo es para escribir y asi. Recomiendo que la conecten cuando están jugando o editando, para que aprovechen el máximo de rendimiento de la grafica y procesador.Puedo decir que es una excelente laptop y muy discreta, las actualizaciones se hardware no es problema y dependiendo de tu economia es la calidad del upsgrade.

Good overall.Bought it for playing light games like Valorant but im not impressed as I saw many videos of people getting 250 fps on high graphics with worse specs. The GPU doesnt seem to be used that much, I’ve tried everything including upgrading ram to 16GB and updating the drivers. You will get around 70-180 fps in light games and with low-medium graphics.Valorant: 70-150FPSMinecraft: 400-1089FPS (consistent 150 with medium shaders)Roblox: around 120 fps in low graphics but high end gamesFortnite: 80-130 fps (performance mode and not consistent) – keep in mind I have 16gigs of ram.PUBG: 60-180 fps on low graphics (not consistent at all)Apex: smooth 144fps after QuickCPUEdit: After using an app called QuickCPU, my fps increased A LOT in all of these gamesAlso, the charger is really weird as it needs to be in a certain random position to charge the laptopand can waste around 5 minutes of your time.I dont know why people are complaining about the battery. It’s good for a gaming laptop. Display and speakers are also good.I would not recommend this for gaming but it’s a good laptop for general tasks and light gaming.
