Still trying to figure it out, can’t seem to get it to connect to WiFi but it does connect with my mobile hotspot on my cell phone… Doesn’t stay charged for more than a few hours unless you turn it off may just use it for music and not as a second device

Slow, tiny but it has its uses
I am reviewing: Mini 3G Smartphone Unlock, 3-inch high-Definition Touch Screen Dual SIM Card Dual Standby mini Phone, Portable Backup Compact Phone, Suitable for Students and Children as Gifts (Black, 2GB+16GB)Ok, so I have been playing with this (moving in) for a couple of days, and so I haven’t tested everything yet. Also, I’m a Mac person, so Android is new to me. TBH I ordered this just to see what, if any, is the difference. So far, I don’t really see any huge difference, other than it doesn’t talk to all of my other devices.I can still get the apps I’ve enjoyed using on this little phone. Emphasis on LITTLE! I doubt I’ll get a sim for it, but just use it for listening to music, taking the occasional photo, and maybe a few others. I can tether it to my iPhone if I need to. It works find on wifi.It is slow. Yes, it isn’t supposed to be fast. Since I don’t have a sim, I can’t speak to that, but there is a pronounced lag for everything I have touched.There are a lot of setup choices. I’ve changed the font size, and it is still small, but not so bad. I’m finding the voice typing, and the swipe typing is a new and exciting thing for me. I’m realizing that if I look less at the keyboard, and just go where my mind thinks the keys are, it really does better than trying to hit that tiny box. Also, the predictive and spell check is helping a LOT with the tiny keyboard. So it isn’t as bad as one might think.The instructions say that you must use their cord or the phone won’t start up. I did. After the initial time, it seems to be able to use other charge cords. I don’t know what that’s about, but the one that comes with it is very short. It doesn’t take long to charge, and it tells you about how long until full charge, as well as how long you have until it needs charging. Neither are very long. The phone will go for 3-4 hours at the most.It connects easily to bluetooth devices, and plays music pretty well, other than a lot of buffering. Not sure if that’s my wifi or the slow phone. The photos are ok. It has force flash, which I like. I’m still exploring that, but using the Gallery to edit photos is just an exercise in futility. The screen is just too small.We are old people, so there are a lot of choices about things we can’t identify, but overall, this little phone is such a cute little thing. It fits into the smallest pocket. Just using it like an MP3 player would be a bargain, but it does so many other things in a pinch. So far, other than being slow and tiny, it works pretty well. Oh, and it comes with a simple case that provides some protection and makes it easier to hang onto. Would be fun to have options.

Tiny phone, big convenience
I got this 3G smartphone mostly out of curiosity, and it’s turned out to be surprisingly useful. At just 3 inches, it’s so small it almost feels like a toy, but it actually works like a proper phone. The screen is clear and responsive, and even though it’s obviously not meant for heavy gaming or tons of apps, it handles calls, texts, and light browsing without a problem.I’ve been using it as a backup phone when I don’t want to carry my main (expensive and bulky) device around, and it’s been great for that. The dual SIM feature is a nice bonus too, it makes it easy to swap between my main line and a travel SIM when I’m abroad.The size definitely takes some getting used to. Typing on a 3-inch screen is not the smoothest experience, but for quick messages and calls, it gets the job done. I also think it would make a great starter phone for kids since it’s simple, portable, and not packed with distractions.If you’re looking for a compact backup phone or something affordable for students and kids, this little smartphone is actually pretty impressive. It won’t replace a flagship device, but as a lightweight and portable option, it’s super handy.
