Vague instructions
No instructions….the online instructions from the QR code are vague at best….on an iphone the remote only seems to control the volume….disappointing at best…

Controller is cheap, doesn’t allow user to interact and battery cover has to be taped on. I bought 5 of these for my grandchildren Christmas. Not sure what to do.

The quality is pretty cheap. The plastic is thin and really hard. I don’t think they are very comfortable or practical to wear. My kids were not super impressed and didn’t really play with them.

If I could give a 0 I would. There is no need for this for the app that is $40 for videos. It even says you can use cardboard, which you should.Update: costumer service was very helpful in making this right.
