How do I charge the battery pack? Do I need to purchase a different cord?
You may recharge the powerbank via its attached recharging cord, or you may get a seperated A to C or C to C cable to recharge the powerbank.
Can this portable charger be transported on an aircraft?
Power banks must be carried in carry-on baggage only, can not been carried in checked bags
Does this support PD/QC fast charging?
No, It does not support pd or qc quick charging. This is a basic 5V-2A & 5V-3A power bank, it’s only faster than 5V-1A or 5V-1.5A powerbank.
How much time it will take to fully recharged the power bank
Normally, it will take 4.5-6 hours to fully recharegd the powerbank. But please make sure your charger block and also your charging cable is 15 watts or above. If you use your own 5w iPhone wall charger, then it will charge powerbank quite slowly.
Does it support wall plug or built-in wall plug?
No, this model of power bank is a portable charger with built-in cables and no attached wall plug. If you need a portable charger with a wall plug, please check our store for another model of power banks with a wall plug design. Thanks.

You can charge multiple devices at once1
I bought this for my teenage son who is constantly asking to use mine because he refuses to keep his iPhone charged. I have to admit if I had known about the differences between mine and his, I probably would have bought myself the new one and gave him my old one. This powerbank charges quickly and less bulkier than mine. It’s durable and hasn’t broken despite being used by multiple teenagers. It does have some heat coming from it, but it’s a battery. That should be expected. The display is in white with a black background and the power bank is red. It is easy to read the numbers and it works as intended. You can charge multiple devices with different ports at the same time or while you are even charging the power bank. It’s versatile and compact, which makes it great for travelling. Unless you intend to use it alot, you can go weeks without charging it and it will still charge your device without an issue. I definitely plan to buy more for my other kids.

Great product, especially for the price
This is the second one of these chargers I have purchased and I am still very happy with this product. The 4 cables on the back, could not make it any easier to use. The cables insert securely into the phone, and its charging speed is pretty impressive. It takes a little while to charge the charger itself, but I can bring my phone to 100% and still have some juice left over. Easy to use and compact, this is a great product and a great price point.

Lightweight, Great Charger
We have bought several of these particularly for traveling, the smaller one super lightweight, prob get 1 1/2 charges on an empty I phone. The bigger one has more charging but more bulky, just depends what you want but very durable and recharges pretty fast. Love the plug in feature.

This charger has been so helpful. The various cords are definitely a plus, and I’ve been able to use this for different devices (friends have been very grateful for this). It seems pretty durable, and it’s a convenient size to fit in my purse. Its battery life is just enough, but you’ll definitely need to charge it every day if you plan to use it frequently—especially if you plan on using it for multiple devices. This charger has definitely saved me on more than one occasion. Worth the price.

Great charger with Built in Cords
This is a great charger for my iPhone that is constantly running low on battery. I take it to bed with me at night. It takes about 20% to charge my empty iPhone. So I don’t have to keep charging the charger very often. Good design. Works well.It comes complete with cords inside the charger (see pictures). One is for the charger, one is for iPhone, I think another is for Samsung and I don’t know what the other one is for. Compatibility should be no problem.The outlet for the charger is not included but it is standard and any one will do. It comes with a carry case. Different colors. I bought a blue/purple.It is a little heavier than the one I had before that got recalled but I like this one better. It can fit into a purse.

These are a must have! I started out purchasing one for myself and I have no re-purchased this same one 4 more times for my girls as gifts (mainly because they were stealing mine). Super cute color options that made it easy to personalize each of my girls. Super durable, lasts more than enough for me for an entire weekend when needed, fits easy into my purse. Impressed with the battery life on these! Some die so quickly but this one holds for a very long time. Will continue to gift these!

LITERAL LIFESAVER
I use it literally every single day. It takes a couple hours to charge to 100% , but I leave it charging overnight so that it’s ready for the next day. Once it’s at 100% it charges my phone from 10%-100% 3 times (30% of the power banks power = 90-100% of my phone battery) & charges it pretty quickly. The embedded cords are so nice & functional because I never have to worry about it. It’s also simple to use and I’ve been using mine for about a year and it’s never given me problems so it’s super durable.
