Is a protection plan worth it?
I am happy to say that the Asurion protection plan that I purchased with my product was well worth the the money. I had a slight issue when I first submitted the claim because they couldn’t find my plan number but they did more research and were able to remedy the problem. I will continue to purchase protection plans on products I buy from Amazon.

Peace of mind for gift giving
My foot bath went up after one year. I contacted ASURION on the warranty and they took care of the problem. I was credited back with a gift card as soon as they received the confirmation of shipping. We use them with all gifts that we purchase and will continue.

Very Responsive
This product was purchased as a warranty for a pair of wireless hearing aids for a friend. I have not had to use it yet (fortunately – smile) but my interaction with the merchant has been quite pleasing. First, the process to register/confirm the purchase was quite straightforward. Also, they initiated a free token. The options were quite useful, and it was received in short order. Overall, I found them to be helpful and very responsive (the latter was truly appreciated). While I hope there won’t be any cause for the warranty, I do hope the same experience is met then.
