The cooling fans feel nice. The heating works well and heats up quick to a good temperature. The massaging is awesome.

Heating function works great! I wish the back massage was located a little bit lower on the chair. Comfortable and easy to set up in the car.

It feels so good with the heat but it’s a little loud.
I love this massager. Every night I sit in my recliner and put this on with the heat and fall asleep. It’s so needed every night after a stressful day. This is the best thing to do every night instead of going to a massage therapist. It’s a little loud for me but I love it.

Controller times out too quick
Works well but only ever stays on for about ten minutes. Then have to power it on again which is frustrating

Well worth the money!
I like the following features with this cushion:1. The number of motors and the ability to change which parts of the body are focused on.2. Cushion coverage is awesome from neck down to back of thighs.3. Option to increase/decrease the intensity of massage given by the motors.4. I use the heat option daily but there is also the option for cooling. I tried it once and it was great.I really don’t have any negatives about the product but if I had to make suggestions on how to improve it I would say it might be better if the timer was set to 10 minutes instead of 20. I personally have the gift of time, but not everyone does. If a person wanted it to run longer, they could just repeat the 10 minutes. Also, the cost up front was a little higher than I would have liked, but it has turned out to be well worth every penny. I use the cushion daily after having years of neck, back, and hip problems and it definitely helps me start my day. Awesome product!
