Beyond disappointed
For one I can tell that this phone has been refurbished although it was not labeled that way in the ad. For two it does not work, it constantly flashes on and off and shows just a black screen. For three it is supposed to be unlocked but my Verizon sim only allows phone calls and no internet. I am so frustrated and broken hearted as this was the gift this year that I was most excited about. This product I can tell, if it worked, would be amazing and that’s the sad part. I’ve never been so happy for a phone until I became aware of all of the bugs. I followed everry and all troubleshooting advise that I could find about this product. I will be asking for a refund, if I’m not able to get one that is new and that works in exchange.

Je suis très satisfaite de mon achat, le design de ce modèle est semblable à celui de smartphone de grande marque.L’installation est très simple et facile de le synchroniser avec un ancien smartphone pour récupérer ses données.Android 14 permet de se familiariser rapidement avec la configuration et la navigation est fluide.Pour une utilisation de SMS, appel, navigation internet et applications de réseaux sociaux, la batterie tient très bien la charge, j’en suis aujourd’hui très satisfaite. Autonomie de plus de 24 heures.La couleur est très sympa et original. Celle ci permet de l’utiliser avec la coque transparente fourni ce qui est un plus. Pas besoin de chercher à se fournir d’une coque.Vendu avec son chargeur.Pour le moment je suis très contente de mon achat, c’est la première fois que j’achète un smartphone de cette marque et cela rempli completement mes attentes.
