DON’T BELIEVE A WORD OF THEIR ADS!
i am not one to usually complain. but i am weaning this right now. it is the closest thing to nothing i have ever had. i pushed the + button as far as i could and nothing felt good. just light tickles. and light warmth. a towel from my microwave would have done just as well. this is a waste of money. and it is not comfortable around your neck either. the two things at your upper neck do nothing, i thought they massaged too. it did nothing for my sore neck, the massager doesn’t exist, just tickles. i wish there was one good thing i could say about this product but i can’t think of one. I will be returning it today.

Skin MUST be damp to make the skin connection or it won’t work. to sensation.
Must be charged before use. Skin MUST BE DAMP (water) to obtain the connection. No hair or clothes between you and the paddles. The mode names (6) don’t really mean much. Just different types of electrical rhythm. There is no kneading…only a different sensation. Honestly, I couldn’t really tell the difference. It is quite relaxing.The product presentation is upside down. The prongs go downwards. I guess if your head is shaved it could work. It gets quite warm after a while so short sessions will prevent burns. If you feel it get too warm….STOP for a while. Don’t fall asleep or you will burn. Heed the auto shut 15 minutes limit. Its your fault if keep it on too long. Don’t complain that its not safe.Instructions not clear really. I would prefer a bullet style list that’s easier to understand. If you use it with the cord on it (low battery?), for gods sake, unplug it after use so you don’t set fire to your house. These types of batteries can overheat. Don’t use it while charging it.Its easy to do things around the house at the same time, but I preferred to sit in front of the tv. I have an average size neck so it worked well. Don’t know how it would work on large necks. Maybe there is a different model for large people.

It zaps me!!!! I made sure it was fully charged. Put it on turned it on and nothing happened so I turned it up more and I got what felt like a sharp electric shock around my neck!

This is not what it is described as. There’s absolutely no massaging that happens. It’s an electrical stimulation but no massaging or deep rubbing happens.
