Everyone needs one of these. Well worth the money
Exactly what I was looking for! I’ve owned an older one from 2008 and it was beginning to separate due to so much use lol! I really like this book because it has so much more than just nutritional data. It also gives you information on different health issues and what foods are better for that specific issue and why.

Keep These in Publication!
These are GREAT calorie books because they list so many other things, including carbs. Kaiser-Permanente in Southern California used to have these available in their pharmacy, and that is how I discovered them. Unfortunately, they haven’t been available at Kaiser in quite some time.I also appreciated (when they had them) the larger print versions.Unfortunately, I don’t know if this company is still in existence as I seem to have a hard time getting the recent edition. THIS particular item never arrived and I’ll have to try again (or elsewhere) to see if the 2024 or 2025 edition is available.I DO hope this company still exists and that they will continue to publish this great dietary resource. We ALL need this!

Perfectly organized, larger size and on good paper
I have been using a found copy from 2007. It was helpful, but much smaller with small print. Ordered the larger print and “All is well with the world.”Well organized with fresh foods always at the front of each category and great index. I’m more interested in fresh foods than in deli, restaurant, or fast food, etc., but occasionally I do enjoy going out and it can be very helpful. I really like that the paper is somewhat glossy and thicker than most.Highly recommend.

Tiny print but useful.
They claim this book has larger print but it’s still small for aging eyes. They have a lot of restaurant chain calorie counts (and prepared, processed food) but sometimes not simple fresh stuff. Still, it’s useful and I’d buy it again. Wish it were spiral-bound.

Must have for anyone with diabetes or trying to eat healthier eating out.
This is a must have for anyone with diabetes and wants to eat out. I bought this for my mother so that she can know her options when eating out. Also, has information in the back about salt intake.

Larger print?
Handy little book recommended by my dietician. Wouldn’t buy it again though. If this is larger print I’d hate to see what the other one is like.

This book helped me lose 17 lbs!
I like tracking my calories and this book has everything in it, different foods, restaurants, etc… however it is also available on line which is an added bonus. I like looking up my meals in the book but wish it were spiral bound.

Too much american
Sue Coomber –
This book was written for the American marketplace and all the weights were in imperial form; lbs, ounces and fluid ounces etc. There was no option to preview the inside pages when I placed my order, so I had no way of knowing or even suspecting that there was a problem. Consequently the book was of no use to me at all so I threw it into the rubbish bin. I live in Australia, we use the metric system, the book was delivered to my address in Australia therefore one would presume the sender might have thought to mention the type of measurement used in the book’s description, especially as it is being shipped to countries other than America. Waste of my money.

The only thing I use this for is for the carb counts. It is very comprehensive and even has the most popular items from most of the major chains. It is great for someone following Keto. You can find the carb count on almost any item. It has been very useful.

Easy to read just need to eat less to lose weight pretty simple.

Most of the items were American and was unable to use this for British calculations, but included take away companies that are in the UK.
