You may need to use your Roku Phone App to set up.
Mine did not come with a paired remote. So we could not complete the set p up until we connected through my phone remote app. Then go to “Settings” and “Remote Devices” then follow instructions to pair the remote.

After a few setup steps, it works perfect.
I had to start from scratch. First I set up the roku account and password. After confirming everything, my account was set up. Then, I went through and found all my passwords and set up all my streaming services. Then everything worked excellent. My streaming service was very slow and buffering with my previous older burning stick, was now fast and pleasant to watch. I should have upgraded to this long ago. My next tv will be 4k, and then I will be able to take advantage of the increased resolution.

Could not successfully download needed upgrades
I took this stick on a vacation and was not able to get it to function. It kept saying that it needed to download upgrades, but it was never able to successfully complete that function. I purchased a refurbished streaming stick and do not know if it was returned by a previous buyer for the same reason.

Excelente producto, me ayudo a actualizar una de mis TVs que no tenia mas actualizaciones. Con el control del Roku puedes encender la TV y subir o bajar volumen. Lo comento por que uno que también tenemos no tiene esta función. El cable para conectar la USB a la corriente es lo suficientemente largo. Fue una super compra

Roku es muy buen producto par hacer de tu pantalla una buena Smart Tv, el problema de ete Stick en especifico, se tarda en agarrar la señal del control al Stick, y a veces para encender la tele, como que le tengo que oprimir otras dos veces para que se prenda, ya que solito se vuelve a apagar todo el istema, pero de alli en adelante si se me a echo un buen producto, recomendaria cualquiero otro roku, pero este todavia no me convence para recomendar.
