Very user friendly
Very nice laptop with non colored lighted keyboard with larger keys and number pad on the side. Very easy to use with a nice feel. Computer is easy to set up and although I haven’t used it a lot yet, it seems to be fast and the colors are very nice along with the sound quality. Touch screen is responsive although i prefer to use a mouse. Attractive in appearance. I add four “Scotch Furniture Pads, No Slip Floor Protection Circle Grippers” placed on the bottom of the laptop to raise it up to increase the airflow to ensure against over-heating.

HP
I am a stickler for HP products.. my current All in one bit the “I’m not going to update to Windows 11” and I decided to go with this particular HP Laptop. The Ryzen is my absolute favorite along with the 1 TB of hard drive storage. I need it as a billing manager and all hat wearer at my company. It’s the perfect size for my everyday use and for the zoom meetings I have to attend every quarter. HP makes all their equipment durable and so easy to use with step by step instructions and the wizard to talk you through any confusing apps or programs. The volume distribution in this lap top is amazing as well. I chose blue so I can distinctly say “hey that’s mine”.. but my dad wanted blue too so hey I got 2! I highly recommend this Laptop and hope others do too!

Great laptop, bad battery!
I loved this computer and all the features that came with it. (For that I gave 2 stars)However, I noticed two things when I first unboxed it and turned it on.One: the battery was charged in the 90% range.Based on my experience with new laptops, they’re usually charged to 45-50 percent. Two: the charge did not last long. (Only had 2 apps open: MS Word and Google chrome)Based on my calculation, the battery lost one percent of charge each minute to 90 seconds.(That’s with me watching the clock and watching the percentage as it drained.)This was supposed to be a purchase of a new computer, but the battery could not hold the charge. After it went down to 30%, I charged it again (up to 80%) just to ensure it wasn’t me.Giving the company the benefit of the doubt, I am going to say they may have sent me a refurbished laptop.Nonetheless, I returned it after a week because, to me, it was clear the battery was already worn down.

Hp business computer review.
We use it strictly for banking and business related items. Works very well for that. My wife is a retired cpa, basically the same computer she used before.
