I ordered the iPhone 14 Pro and it arrived in perfect condition. The battery health is at 94%, which is excellent for a renewed phone. There are no scratches, cracks, or any signs of wear the touch screen is perfect, it honestly looks like brand new.The performance is great, the camera works perfectly, Face ID is fast, and the display looks amazing with no issues at all. The packaging was also clean and well-protected. Excellent Condition for a Used iPhone 14 Pro
I bought this iPhone 14 Pro used and it arrived in perfect condition. I’ve had it for a year now and haven’t had any issues at all. Even though the battery wasn’t at 100% health when I got it, it still lasts surprisingly well throughout the day.Overall, it’s been a great purchase, reliable, fast, and definitely worth it for the price compared to buying it new.

so for purchasing the acceptable condition iPhone 14 Pro, it came in really good condition. aside from the stainless steel band being a little scuffed up, it’s really good. no scratches on the screen, cameras or anything important. it sounds amazing, it unlocks perfectly, and it’s durable beyond belief so far. it functions almost brand new, with the sheer speed and battery life was decent. it looks almost brand new, again aside from the scuffed band. it came with 80% battery health, which is really good for the condition i bought. RenuDeals didn’t let me down, 10/10 phone.

I purchased the refurbished Apple iPhone 14 Pro (256 GB, Space Black, unlocked) in “excellent condition,” but unfortunately, it did not fully meet that description.While the phone itself works well overall, there were several issues that made it feel more like “good” rather than “excellent” condition:It arrived very dirty and required thorough cleaning.There were quite a lot of scratches on the body and screen.The battery health was only at 85%, which is noticeably worn for the price point.The packaging included only a USB-C to Lightning cable, no power adapter.There was tape over the cameras that left a sticky residue on the lenses and surrounding area.Despite these problems, the device functions properly, and I’ve had no performance issues so far. If you’re considering this refurbished model, I would still recommend it, but be prepared that the cosmetic condition may not fully match what’s advertised as “excellent.”

Phone came in amazing condition. Slight scratch on one of the cameras but does not affect camera quality at all. Works fast. Screen is flawless and came with screen protector. Battery health is at 86% which is better than my current 76%. No damage to the body and looks like new. Would recommend.

Good Device, But Battery Life Fell Short
Overall, this device mostly lived up to my expectations. The screen and body arrived in excellent condition—no scratches, dents, or functional issues, which I appreciate. However, the battery life was at 87%, lower than I had hoped. I expected at least 93–94%.I specifically chose Woot as the seller and even waited nearly 3 weeks because it is owned by Amazon. Unfortunately, the experience didn’t justify the wait. If the device was going to arrive with only 87% battery life, I could have purchased it from any other seller.Previously, I purchased a refurbished iPhone 12 directly from Amazon, which came in a special “Amazon Renewed” box. This time, however, the device arrived in a generic third-party box, which felt inconsistent with what I expected from an Amazon-owned company. If Woot is going to package products like a third-party seller, the advantage of choosing Woot becomes unclear. Maybe, I should have ordered it from Amazon, not Woot.I understand that Amazon defines “excellent condition” as a battery life of over 80%, but I believe that standard is too low. For a product marketed as excellent, the battery should be at least 90%.

Good Condition, but Battery Lower Than Expected
I bought this iPhone Pro 512GB, which arrived yesterday, and I finally had a chance to check it. The phone appears to be in good condition, with only minor scratches on the top and a few slight marks on the screen. My main concern is that the battery health shows 83%, while many other customers have received theirs with 90% or even 93%. Overall, the phone looks good and works fine so far. I’m still observing it.

The phone looked brand new when it arrived and it was working great but out of no where my screen came off when I grabbed my phone and the ribbon connections ripped since I wasn’t gentle pickup the phone. After taking it to a repair person I learnt that the screen was a rebuilt screen that only used glue to secure it and the glue must have gotten lose due to heat (I had left it in my bathroom after showering). Had to replace it with a new screen and speaker only 3 months after purchasing.

I updated from an old Samsung and I’m very happy about it. It came in a different box than the original packaging and it came with a charging cable, one side the lightning port and the other side a usb-c port. There was no scratches and the phone looks in perfect condition; I checked the battery health and it was 100%, so that’s wonderful. For the price, it’s really worth it. I have seen no problems from the phone and the battery life is amazing.

Order the “excellent condition phone”. Physically, the phone is amazing, no scratches or dings, all the buttons and cameras work. I have one issue with some random magenta screen glitches every once in a while, but I’ve read that’s just because of the new iOS 26.The reason I can’t give 5 stars is the battery. For an excellent condition phone, I would have expected them to replace the battery. Got the phone and the battery was at 85% capacity so I’m going to have to pay an extra $100+ to get my battery replaced at Apple.I’ve gotten a renewed MacBook from another seller in the past, and the battery was 100% capacity when I got it, and still is almost a year later.EDIT: Also, a minor complaint, but I thought the cable that was supposed to come in the box (based on other reviews) was a USB-C to lightning, but the one I got was a regular USB-A to lightning, AND they didn’t send a SIM-card ejector. I was lucky I still had my old one
