Just what my sister needed
I can only speak on this laptop for the needs of my sister. She was in need of a new computer (hers bit the dust). She mostly uses for email purposes and looking up things here or there on Google. This serves her needs beautifully. Easy set up; works great; and just what she needed.

Chrome Book Disappearing and Non Existent Scroll Bars
This thing was bad order right out of the box. The peek a boo scroll bars don’t work. Seems its systemic in Chrome Books. There a all type of suggestions on how to fix it on line yet none work. While trying to use a the scroll function you constantly get sent to another web site. This hidden scroll bar design leave you hunting for the bar more than the time you getting work done. After 6 hrs of searching, yet not finding the bars, for the most part, I packed it up and shipped it back. Seems this is a major flaw on Chrome Books new OS from what I’ve read on the internet. What were they thinking?

Very nice Chromebook
So far, I really like this Chromebook and it’s been easy to work off of. I find it to be fast enough to where I don’t get frustrated, I am able to get everything I need done on it (I use for work) and the size is good, not too big. I bought a lap desk and this fits perfect on a 15”.The only thing I wish is that it had a back light in the keyboard.

Decent Chromebook but not a touch screen like description says
I picked up this Samsung 14 inch Galaxy Chromebook Go as an early Christmas gift for my parents. Overall it works fine for basic tasks and it really is slim and easy to carry. The battery life has been solid and the build feels sturdy enough for everyday use. Performance is what you would expect from a simple Chromebook. Good for email, web browsing, and videos.My main reason for giving it three stars is that it is not a touch screen even though the Amazon description said it was. That was a big part of why I chose this model. It still works, but it feels like a letdown when you are expecting touch input and it is not there.If you are looking for a lightweight Chromebook and you do not need touch, it does the job.
