Too much navigation, not color coded or large buttons for elderly
It’s a decent phone for someone who knows how to use one. Not so much for my grandma whose only ever used a landmine headset. The pick up and hang up aren’t color coded and fairly small, easy to hit another button. Can’t adjust the ring volume and it’s medium loud, too soft for her to hear well. Too many button pushes to make a call; you can’t hit call button and type a number in or opposite. Using the contacts file has too much navigation as well. Battery could be better, dies the second day even with no use at all.

Not what we needed
Did not work with the provider I was hoping for, but came with it’s own information to go through a provider it would work with. Set it up, phone numbers could not be local, that’s fine. Son was unable to call most people on his very short list, and we were definitely unable to call him ever. He could text though even that was quite unreliable.

Folks, Don’t Waste Your Time Or Money!
As a great many other buyers commented, this phone doesn’t work! What do they mean by that? I mean, it is a little vague… I will tell you. The phone will not power on, even with the supplied battery. The phone will not charge when plugged in to the wall, nor will it show any indication whatsoever that charging is taking place. And yes, I know what I am doing and I did place a SIM card inside also. This is just a waste of time. Spend your money elsewhere and save yourself the hassle.

Loses charge very quickly.
I have a couple of foreign SIM cards, that I need to watch for SMSs. I purchased this phone thinking it would need infrequent charge. It turned out this unit needed charging more that once a day _when_not_used. I wish the device had better energy management, No other complaints.
