I was very skeptical after reading a pretty negative review but I have been pleasantly surprised. The shipping really was next day and the computer came beautifully. Setup went smoothly and she’s up and running all my games perfectly. Very happy.

Reliable Laptop for Church Livestreams and Presentations
I’ve been using the MSI Thin Gaming Laptop (15.6″ FHD 144Hz, Intel i5-13420H, RTX 3050, 16GB RAM, 512GB NVMe SSD, Windows 11 Home) at church for livestreaming with OBS and running EasyWorship, and it has been performing flawlessly.The laptop handles both programs with ease — switching between video scenes, slides, and camera feeds is smooth and lag-free. The 144Hz display makes everything look crisp and fluid, which is great for monitoring live visuals.Even though it’s a gaming laptop, it’s lightweight and portable enough to carry to different church locations when needed. Good but not great.
Perfect performance compared to price. Can’t beat. Easy to upgrade memory and NVMe drive. Biggest issue is very cheap plastic body, some of the locking clips already broken after couple case opening. MSI keeps drivers for Windows 10, so if you can’t stand windows 11 it is easy to install Windows 10, especially Iot LTSC version with long support and updates till January 13, 2032

Great entry level gaming laptop for teens or adults!
A great entry-level gaming laptop for my teen. Easily connected to an external monitor for Roblox and Fortnite gaming. Nice quality features, but I wish there was a biometric reader for easy login security.

Computer would not finish initial set up. Tech support said it was a Windows problem. I returned the computer that was unusable and they charged me a $475 restocking fee. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!!!!!Also please note that you are NOT BUYING from MSI, this is a reseller!!!!

Good laptop, bad battery
When I research the computer I read a lot of really good reviews about the processing speed and it could function with a lot of applications at once the one thing no one mentioned was that the battery power sucks you get maybe 2 hours out of this and it’s time to recharge. Other than that the graphics are great it works great just know that you can’t work without your cord for too long.
