Excellent Text if You Do the Exercises
Good text to assist one to examine facets of their life that they have minimized or have overlooked . A great book if you are in any type of transition in your career, relationships or life changing event. Not a step by step plan. Text challenges one to reexamine the priorities and beliefs that they have chosen in their life.

  9. Paradoxically

Great book for aspiring life coaches or people who don’t want a life coach and want to sort themselves out. I’m a life coach myself and fighting very hard to advertise my business on here probably in direct contravention of Amazon’s policy so I’ll behave and stick to the fact this book is clearly laid out, well priced and covers just about every aspect of life coaching you can think of – and then a bit more. Buy it, but read it from cover to cover as it has much to tell you about getting unstuck, moving your life on and having a groovy time…
