Compact and Easy-to-Use
The OMRON Evolv Wireless Blood Pressure Monitor is a compact and very easy-to-use device. Setting it up was a bit confusing at first because, although the Mexico version (black) and the US version look identical, they are different models, and you need to select the correct one in the app for the Bluetooth to work properly. Once that’s done, everything works perfectly.I like that results are automatically sent to the app, allowing you to keep a complete history of your readings without any hassle. The design is sleek and portable, making it convenient to have on hand at any time.The only thing that could be improved is that it doesn’t come with a carrying case, which would be useful for safe storage and transport.Overall, it’s a precise, comfortable, and very practical monitor, especially if you want to keep a digital record of your blood pressure.

Exactly what I was looking for.
I’ve used OMRON blood pressure testers for years and it’s often what I see in a doctor’s office. I have one I’ve had so long, I can’t remember when we purchased it. It has a rigid cuff making it easier for me to use but the digits in the display were starting to fail. We have several with the regular soft cuff but I cannot use them, when alone.The OMRON Evolv has a rigid cuff with the display and pump attached. Even though it is used on the upper arm, not the wrist, I wasn’t sure I’d like it and was pleasantly surprised. Easy to mount on your arm, easy to use, easy to store. The first time I used it I was surprised, as it measures the pressure points, as the pump is applying pressure. It goes up and shortly after passing the higher systolic pressure point, it quickly deflates with the reading displayed in a small window on the side of the pump unit. Gone is the cuff being pumped to a high pressure, then deflating slowly. With the recommended arm for measuring blood pressure, being the left arm, the small display window faces your body when mounted on the left arm.It does not have storage of the readings on the device (where the user can see them) but transmits via Bluetooth to a free program you can install on your phone. This works very well when your doctor wants to know how they’ve been running. Sometimes the phone dings when a recording is received, sometimes not. I’ve been using it for two months and when I first started, I must have closed the app on my phone, as I did not have a reading for three days. The next measurement transferred to the phone, along with all of my ‘missing’ readings. Sometimes the device will request retesting, I’m guessing when it senses something different or not normal. When retests are similar, it transmits an average and it is designated as such in the app.This unit does an excellent measuring and recording my blood pressure.

Easy to use and accurate.
It’s super easy to put on because of the cuff being more rigid. It’s also pretty accurate and syncs well with the app. This BP monitor is way way way better than the nonsense Withings is trying to sell. Don’t know how Withings got any approval or certification (it was showing about 20 points higher than reality).The app works well, but the UI is dated. Could be make to look nicer. In Android, it syncs with Google Fit, but not Health Connect (as of June 2025). But you can make Google Fit sync the data to Health Connect, so it’s a decent workaround for now. So, not ideal app but it does the job. So, taking one star away for that.

Great BP Monitor for Perople on the Go
A friend needed a BP device that is easy to use, space-saving for travel, and had options for simple recording of daily results for logging BP trends. But, it also had to be accurate and consistent by medical industry standards. I researched options through Consumer Reports and medical sites on line, and found that the OMRON Evolv met those needs. It is battery powered, and the cuff has no lines that go to a reader. Instead, the cuff itself contains all the electronics and has a read-out screen easily viewed on the inflated cuff itself. The cuff attaches directly to one’s upper arm and is held firmly by a velcro closure. The blood pressure and heart rate can be saved for computer access later or, as my friend prefers, simply hand-copied into a small notebook for reference and easy day-to-day comparison of results, with the advantage of having room to make notes about day-to-day activities that might explain any large variances affecting one’s BP. My friend reports this is a game changer for her to easily comply with reporting her daily records over time to her doctor. In short, the OMRON Evolv made taking her blood pressure easy, whereas her other older OMRON model was too big and bulky to take on the fly for all the traveling she does. In summary, the Evolv may be ideal for busy users who need a compact system that can help them comply with doctor’s orders for daily records.

Very easy to use
I’ve been using the OMRON Evolv Bluetooth Wireless Upper Arm Blood Pressure Monitor for a bit now, and I’m impressed. Super easy to use—just slide it on, press a button, and it does the rest. The cuff is comfortable and the readings are quick and consistent. I like that it connects to my phone via Bluetooth, so I can track everything in the app without writing anything down. I’ve also linked it to my samsung health app and every reading is automatically added to samsung health. It’s compact too, which makes it easy to store or take with me when traveling.If you want a reliable, no-fuss blood pressure monitor that’s also portable, this one’s a solid pick.

Best BP machine in the market. Most importantly it is very accurate and the readings matches the doctors bp apparatus. Yes it is expensive, but most of the cheaper models are not accurate. The Bluetooth connection is flawless and the readings sync with your phone (have tried only on Apple iPhone) and the health app on iPhone. The app is basic but that’s what’s needed – a place where all readings can be stored. The cuff is moulded and is very easy to put on by self if others are not around. The app also notifies for any arrhythmias (like afib, pvcs etc). Very easy to carry around while travelling. The photo shows the machine in white colour but received a full black one (thanks for that). A must have instrument for all hypertensive patients, or even others who want to keep a check on their BP.
