Amazon selling defective phone products!! ***less than one start zero stars**
This phone was not unlocked as per T-Mobile & AT&T. I was originally with T-Mobile and tried to use the phone, I was unsuccessful, then switched carrier to AT&T thinking it was the carrier, because this was a new phone. Well tech support at AT&T figured it out, it was this defective phone, first it was not unlocked, nor does it have WI-FI calling capabilities. So in other words it is useless. I will never by an electronic device from Amazon online again.

Touch screen not working (fix)
When I first turned it on, it went to the start screen but would not register any of my taps on the buttons I couldn’t even press restart or power off. But I decided to hold down the power button and volume down button simultaneously for 6 seconds and it restarted again and then the screen worked after that. All in all no issues other than that.

Worst purchase in a while
Very unhappy, things took a turn for the worst right away, wasn’t compadable with visible cell eventhough it’s unlocked.The camera was low quality on both phones, the screens cracked 3 months in. Right after the warentee expired. Since it was renewed they must have used a cheeper screen definatly not Samsung.Would not recommended, I have had on of these phones before so I knew what to expect. Not Sure if I will rebuy a phone from Amazon again.
