Troubleshooting Steps
If your wall plug portable charger does not charge properly when connected to a wall outlet, please follow these steps carefully:

Great for travel and blackouts!
Took this on a trip with the kids and just got back to a power outage and we love it!Cons – on the heavier side; takes a long time to charge via outlet; cable are short – wish this also had a strap to hold onto your device, but having the cables built in while traveling saved us from having to dig in our bags for longer cables so honestly I didn’t even think about grabbing another cable to use; feels a little loose in outlets and you need one with plenty of clearance under it (my mom’s kitchen counter the outlet is sideways and this wanted to flop forward a bit so I had to push something g up against it to hold it closer to wall to charge).Pros – outweigh any cons. Looking back I see that it’s supposed to charge faster with a USB cable which I didn’t realize, I just plug it into the wall – not all of these portable chargers have that feature, I absolutely love that because this makes it really handy if you forget the wall plug piece (and I also don’t have to deal with USB versus USB-C plug ends which I am dealing with as I am trying to switch more over to USB-C instead of USB-A and have some of both with the different wall plugs). This fully charged up my phone, my daughter‘s phone, and was still over 30%. It does take a while to recharge plugged into the wall, but our phones were charged to the point where we didn’t need it while it recharged. Bought this for my son for Christmas so we haven’t had it that long, but haven’t used as much. Seems to hold its charge a long time, I hadn’t plugged it in for a while before we left in my son had used it and it was still nearly fully charged when we grabbed it for the trip. I specifically picked this one because it also has a micro USB option, lightning, cable, and the USB-C cable. Micro USB my son has his insulin pump and also my mom had an older device we were able to charge on it unexpectedly. We are still on the older iPhones with lightning cables, otherwise this would be better with two USB-C cables, but they are short so you couldn’t really have two people using their phones at once on it, and USB-C is great for everything else now.We got back to a power outage and it was on 70% from charging my phone on the drive home – charged up 2 phones overnight and it’s still at more than 30%. On the cruise, the boys were running around everywhere and they use the heck out of this all week sharing between them, I doubt they ever really plugged it back into the wall. Based on my usage, I would say this can get you through at least 48 hours or more depending on how heavily you use your devices.High quality, great value, very much appreciate that we had this on our trip and didn’t have to deal with dying phones. I am looking into some sort of strap to attach it to my phone just to make carrying it around easier because it does become very bulky when you have them together, although with men’s pockets, my son didn’t have any problem, putting it in his pocket with his phone, women’s jeans they didn’t want to fit together in my back pocket.

Updated – Worked for 2 months. What a disappointment!
Update: After posting my review customer support emailed me about the product. They were very helpful and also replaced the portable charger and shipped it to me as quickly as possible . I received it on 9/17 and today it’s 9/30/25. And it’s still working strong the wall plug to charge is holding up and working. So far I’m happy with it. 🙂I would have given it 5 star. But the wall-plug on the battery stopped working and it’s not charging the battery. I purchased this on April 6, 2025 and it’s June 7, 2025 didn’t even have it long.Update to come once I hear back from customer service.

Has 2 cords for iPhone and Samsung.Well 2nd review: got a replacement because was not fully satisfied with way it was charging my phone so was sent an email that I could be sent replacement. Got the replacement and have not had any trouble and works so much better and does the trick! Charges my phone almost as fast as my speedy plug in for my android phone! So thank u for takin time to email me and give me replacement and warranty for a year!!!

I have 3 of these chargers in different colors. I liked mine so much I got my kids each one. Simple to use and charges our phones quickly. One charge of this power bank can charge our phones at least 2-1/2-3 times before charging it again. It holds the charge several weeks if I don’t need to use it. If you power goes out this will charge your phones easily. I highly recommend this. I’ve had them over 3 years and they’re still going strong. Unfortunately my granddaughter either lost hers or had it stolen. She had it one minute and gone the next. Just disappeared. I will order another one if she doesn’t find it.

After a couple months, I have to say this is a great charger! I am not one to leave reviews, but I felt it was deserving. I absolutely love the fact that I don’t have to carry a charger to charge the actual power bank and that it has different charging outputs for on-the-go. The battery life is pretty long lasting. For some weird reason, there’s like a bubble on the battery percentage screen and I can’t remove it (no, it’s not dirty). It’s more of a superficial thing. It’s a little annoying but it works fine. Adding to my reason for giving it 4 stars, is that I find it to be very heavy considering I carry it in by bag.

I am very disappointed with this charger. I gave it as a present the end of August and one of the charging cables has already stopped working. My send back date was September 8th so I can’t even send it back.I want to share that the company emailed me and sent a new charger to replace the damaged one. They are backing it with a one year warranty also. This is a company that does care and backs their product. Thank you

I purchased this power bank to replace my old bank that could plug into the wall and my other bank that couldn’t.I was looking for something that could charge my switch on the go without having to carry a separate cable.I originally found the 10,000mAh one and then saw that this 20,000mAh one was $15 off, making it around $7-$8 more than the 10,000mAh one, so why not go for the one that carries double the charge.This power bank is thick and it is heavy, but seeing as it is to hold a lot of charge for a long time, the size and weight of it is pretty good. You probably won’t notice it in your tote bag or backpack, but would probably notice it in your pocket, fanny pack or smaller purse/bag.I can confirm that it does charge my switch and phone at the same time. It did take my switch a while to start charging, maybe 3 seconds, but it did charge, and at the same time as my phone.Overall, I believe this is an amazing product for a great price (I had a $15 coupon). If you don’t mind the extra weight and size, this power bank is the one for you. No need for extra cables, can charge while plugged into the wall, and can charge multiple devices at a time. The case is a wonderful add on to keep it safe. Highly recommend!

I charged this product fully and then used it for about a week (with constant use) before I had to even think about charging it again. It charged my phone fully about 5-6 times before going down to 20%, when I charged it again.I would worry about the weight of it being a problem for the prongs after a while, but so far I have no issue. I was also concerned about overheating after reading some reviews, but so far it’s been perfectly fine. Charging my iPad had no issue, and leaving the product to charge overnight was no problem either.It’s a little bulky and the length of the built in cords makes it even more awkward to hold, but overall I highly recommend!!

I bought this on Prime Day to replace another brand I bought last year that has recently broke. I went with the upgraded mAh for this one and I was shocked at how heavy and bulky it is compared to the old one, that’s the only con I have for this thing. Charges quickly which is wonderful if you’re on the go and in a pinch.
