This supplement is a great quality product with no fishy taste or smell. This is one of the better priced nutrients for what it provides. The supplement is not super easy to swallow for those that are not used to taking pills (see photos – M&M for scale) but it works great for heart health, among other things!

Doc recommended that I start taking fish oil sups to help with triglycerides and I was a little hesitant because I have had bad experiences with fish oil supa in the past, burping up that nasty fishy taste all day 🤢. But I haven’t had that experience with these, great price for the amount you get also. Also my triglycerides have improved greatly since taking them, so give it a shot!
