Great little tracker
Great for tracking food nutrition. I really like that there are two blank columns to choose other things to track. The paper is thick enough that ink is not bleeding through. The size of the boxes are great for writing. Visually, it’s nice which is great when needing motivation. The overall size is perfect too and I love that it’s spiral bound flipping at the top. It’s such a little thing but not having to rest my hand or write right up to the binding it so nice.

A decent journal for the price
I bought this journal back in June to track my daily food intake, calories, water intake and protein. I just purchased a second one because I like the simplicity of it. The journal has been very helpful for me to keep track of my diet. Its a nice little journal for someone who simply wants to be more mindful of what they are eating, and wants to keep track of the basics.

Helps in serious carb counting…makes it about as painless as it could be.
I have been told I’m pre-diabetic, so I want to limit my carbs, and my partner is participating also. What I like about this logbook is that it’s printed on both sides, and laid out so we can each use the same sheet of paper, each on our own side. We can still turn through the book pages in date sequence for each of. us, very convenient.

It is easy to use. I’m not one to eat out a lot and there is a lot devoted to restaurants. Could have more on home made foods

It is a very good food Journal. I write down everything in it it has a place for calories carbs fiber cholesterol. I use it every day. I would highly recommend it.
