Don’t question it. Just get it.
I purchased this for my husband as a gift, and he absolutely loves it. About a month before I gave it to him, he bought a new computer chair for himself with a built-in back massager. He works from home and has 2-5 side hustles that are all done on the computer (produces music, real estate, etc.), so he spends a lot of time in his chair and it can give him back problems. He actually uses this one more, as it had a wider/longer surface area, and it’s heated.

A Great Heated Massager for the Price!
Ran across this heated lumbar massager while I was looking for a pillow type lumbar support. Seemed to be a lot more than just a pillow. Has heat as well as vibration type massage. It has an automatic shut off after 20-minutes. Now in my 70’s, when I feel any back issue at all I use it for a 20-minute session. It really helps with my back pain. The lumbar heat is really great on low. Some reviews say it’s not hot enough. It is for me! If you’re looking for something a little more substantial than a pillow, I’d recommend this unit. The price is great. Since Amazon posted a note with this item, that it is frequently returned, I purchased a 3-year warranty just for worry free use.

Good for upper back
I actually got this massager for my upper back. I have other massagers, but none of them seem to work very well for relaxing my upper back and the back of my neck. And these areas are important because they help with maintaining proper posture.The only way I had been able to relax the muscles in that area has been to pay $200 to a massage therapist and get a full body massage. But since that had been getting expensive., I decided to order this massager and see if it would do the trick.I’m glad to say that it has really helped my upper back and my posture. And I have been able to save some money, reducing the need to get massage treatments. So I absolutely recommend getting this massager. It’s definitely worth the cost.

Not a reliable product
Works pretty well when it actually works. Sometimes it runs the full 15 min cycle (which is ridiculously short) and sometimes it works for however long it feels like it, sometimes 10 seconds, sometimes 5 minutes. I read a review that mentioned how uncomfortable the seat is to sit on and I would agree. The massage motor things in the seat are very uncomfortable to sit on. I would have returned it if I didn’t desperately need a back massager for a long trip and I made it work. It doesn’t get nearly warm enough. I didn’t expect to use the lumbar support pump, but actually really like it, so this item got 2 stars just for that. Honestly wouldn’t recommend. I spend more time trying to get it to work than actually using it.Edit: I came back to take another star off the review. I really need this thing to work and it just does not work reliably. This was an absolute waste of money and im going to have to get rid of it and start looking for something else.

Nice unit, works well so far
Overall, a nice product. The vibrating heads are nice for my lower back and legs. The inflatable lumbar support is excellent for adjusting to fit your body perfectly. The heating elements could be hotter, but they are still sufficient. Happy with the product.
