Good fast PC with one startup issue
It’s a good average mid-range laptop. It’s useful for light to moderate tasks such as editing photos or light video editing. It should also be able to do moderate gaming as long as the highest setting aren’t used.The one issue I did have is my keyboard wouldn’t work after startup. I’ve worked on computers for many years and was able to track the issue to the quick start options that are set by Lenovo as default. Lenovo sets their laptops to start as soon as the lid is opened. I couldn’t find a keyboard method to entering the UEFI, so use the Windows troubleshooting method to have the computer reboot to the UEFI and turn this option off if needed. Also, disable the “quick start” option in Windows to fix this if you have this issue. This is why only 4 stars, otherwise the computer is fast, as expected with these specs.

Pain in the ….neck!
Got this yesterday. After almost 24 Hrs. I’m still trying to get it set up. The keyboard is not working. I”m sure there’s some easy fix, like pushing a button somewhere, but haven’t been able to find it. There is no manual that comes with it, there is no virtual customer support. Tried on-line with a chat-bot. Tried the site support, which suggested cleaning it with a damp cloth?! Filled out an online form, which they said can take up to 3 days to get back to me. I just took the damn thing out of the box! If it’s this much trouble just to set it up, I don’t think I’m going to like this.
