Simple, Practical & Reliable
Bought this phone and it does exactly what it promises. The flip design with dual screens is very convenient. you can see calls and notifications without opening the phone. The buttons are big, the screen is clear, and the menu is easy to navigate.KaiOS gives just the right amount of smart features without being complicated. Battery life is solid and lasts several days on light use. Works well on T-Mobile/AT&T networks. Overall, a great choice for seniors, kids, or as a travel phone. Happy with the purchase.

No paper or online user manual. No company technical support found.Repeated alternative loud buzz when plugged in to charge battery.Amazon agent was not able to diagnose or find manual. Returned for refund.

Excellent flip phone, foe the price. Just don’t over expect. This is a cheap flip phone.
I was surprised this phone has many features for a dumb flip phone and very good call quality. Surprisingly sturdy for the peice too. Nakedcellphone makes a case for it that fits perfect. This phone is also very same size and model as Iris Flip phone. No problems with booting up or running, just make sure to remove the tape on the battery inside the phone, then charge it up. The back cover comes off that is were the removable battery is . Was able to set up text messages and gmail, and over 137 contacts in the phone book.

Quality Flip phone
So far it is great. Very similar to the Iris Flip that was released by Consumer Cellular a while back but uses a Nano SIM card vs the Iris Flip that used ESIM. Using with Mint Mobile and have good coverage. Have tried phones that have been unlocked and compatible with AT&T and T-Mobile and they often don’t have great coverage (probably missing bands 66 and 71 which are needed on Mint Mobile since it uses T-Mobile towers).Have been using Nokia 2780 Flip phone and the Barbie flip phone which is basically the 2780 (minus the Bluetooth) and this is similar to those as well. It is a bit heavier and more substantial than the Nokia flip phones. It feels sturdier than the Nokia flip phones and the TCL phones . It DOES have voice to text and voice assistance, which are a HUGE help with flip phones. It uses Kaios if you need some apps. Press and hold the middle of the home button and speech to text is easy to use.I think this phone is a good mix of simple flip phone and a taste of smart phone features. You can use your email on it if you want, watch YouTube, Google Maps, or use internet browser etc. But, you can also just forget that stuff and just use it for texting and calling. The speech to text makes texting so much easier on a flip phone.I will update as I continue using this phone.

It works, but it’s not the greatest phone. It has some things you need to get use to. Like you’ll need to click a few things to ask the phone a question. Or the fact, it can’t just give you an answer, it sends you to some random search engine.

The package provided Printed Safety regulations & proofs of safeties.It was no clues for just “How to get started the it.”I’ve had to look at YouTube on Videos for similar devices & it helped: removed back cover, removed battery, detached yellow plastic stripe and installed nano SIM Card “face up”.

Everything seems okay so far.
We just got this little phone and it was easy to setup to my service. I bought this phone for my 83 yr old husband to use in the skilled nursing facility and at first he had a little problem but he doesn’t grasp things like he used to but he’s coming around. It’s easy to use the numbers are big and clear the sound is clear it seems like a good phone for simple things.Our phone service is with Boost Mobile and they set it up real easy and didn’t charge for setting up. I don’t know if everyone knows you have to open the back of the phone and take the sticker off the battery then reinsert the battery for it to power on.Also I am already a Boost customer and my husband too so the new phone did and does work with Boost.
